Like the store personal super personable but I just got juuged (robbed) of my points which doesn't seem like much but changing how you handle reward loyalty without notice is kinda messed up from a customers perspective.

I don’t love giving reviews, but this is a place I have constant problems. I will go tell them what i want or need and they COMPLETELY miss the mark. I’ve spent so much money there that has gone to waste because they have the lack of ability to admit when they’ve done anything wrong. There are plenty of other places around. Go to those.

Cloud ☁️ 9 in Lawrenceville had a large selection on a variety items. Lawrence, who helped us find the right vape & juice, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to the situation, & seemed like he wanted to help, which is hard to find in these types of establishments. 👍👍 They even remedied a situation where another item was defective.
