Bucky's Vape Shop

I don't typically like to throw out this information, but I have cancer and I came to this shop to get a new coil for my vaporizer which I use for medical purposes. The employer was immediately apprehensive to help me based on my appearance. He was very rude and blunt when speaking to me and tried to argue with me about policies. I came in the shop with 0 intention of buying nicotine as it's absolutely vile and with my condition I'm not trying to make my life worse. Wish I was able to buy my legal non-nicotine product here since I'm not from the state and am in a very difficult situation. Would not recommend this place due to the mean staff. Wish they would communicate with people better, but after reading all the reviews here it looks to be like this is consistent bad behavior...a shame.

Largest selection of juice brands from across the country. Their in house brands are excellent also. The premises are clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. From mods to tanks to juice, Bucky's is EASILY the best vape shop in Columbus.

I always enjoyed coming into Bucky's! They knew who I was and could talk to me about what I wanted to try next and always have good suggestions. Kind, friendly employees that never keep you waiting more than a couple minutes at most. So grateful for having such a great, local store to go for my vaping needs.

Such an amazing place! Love the service here. They are so easy to talk to. It was easy to pick the juice I liked, and even got a new mod for my dad. Great prices on everything! I will definitely be going back.

First time there...had to step up to a new device. The staff was excellent. They took their time with me and the selection they had was great. I found my Vape shop and will definitely be a frequent customer.

I love the staff and the vast selection of products. But im having difficulty with the shop keep app and seeing my rewards for myself the app only shows you everything from the business owners aspect. I can't figure out how to freely navigate this app so I can pull up my alone rewards.Help? Plus I need to change my phone number that is in your system.

Best customer service of any vape shop I have ever been to, bar none. Keith aka "Bucky" is friendly, helpful, and can talk to his customers on whatever level they are on. Inventory and prices are great. House juices are tasty, and many are available in high VG. All around great shop. Straight up great experience.

This place has amazing customer service. I have never been to a vape shop where they treat you like family. These guys are amazing. Any thing you need they are there. I had a agis legend and the battery door broke. I messaged them they quickly replied to my message and told me bring it down to look at. They told me when i arrived they would give me one to use while mine was being sent to the supplier. After a couple day i went back and they said the supplier had not gotten back to them. Quickley said pick any mod you want we stand behind the products we sell. I will not shop at any other vape shop in columbus from here on out. These guys are the real deal. Iv been to vape shops all over from new york to texas to florida virginia north Carolina. South carolina new jersey and these guys are the only ones i know willing to help and stand behind a product they sell.
