Bloom Smoke & Vape

My boyfriend and I always come here to get delta -8 pens. But recently something has been going on with the hours. Today we went to this location at 7:50 pm when the hours CLEARLY state they close at 11 pm. We went out of our way to drive all the way there and the doors were locked. Lights on, a car in the parking lot but nobody to open the door. We honked and tried to talk to other customers outside who were also very confused and angry about it being closed so early. this isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Shortly after leaving the below review, I was contacted by the owner (Alan). He apologized for the situation and offered to make it right. I went back to the store and exchanged the battery for a working model and the sales agent was very pleasant. Bloom has definitely won my business back! I’m still taking off one star because the incident should have never happened in the first place but again, I will definitely continue shopping at Bloom. :)

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I literally just walked away from the store being ripped off!
They are knowingly selling broken devices and then telling you to send it to the company for a refund.

To start, the sales associate (Jevonony) had a horrible attitude. I was looking for a new vape battery which he recommended one that I agreed to purchase. I left the store to go ½ a mile to my house where I fully charged the battery. Unfortunately, it didn’t work! I immediately took it back which Jevonony agreed that IT DIDN’T WORK.

He the opened two other batteries of the same type which also didn’t work! I asked if I could simply exchange for a different type, even a cheaper one. He advised that there is nothing he could do and I would need to talk to the owner, who apparently is only there on Tuesday mornings he said. I even agreed to that and asked for a copy of my receipt. I even wanted to buy a different battery type which I tested and that different brand worked fine.

As Jevonony was checking me out on the second battery he proceeded to tell me that Alan (the Owner) isn’t going to do anything for me anyways, that he just got in trouble for exchanging broken devices, and I that would have to mail it back to the company. I said, “that’s BS, I literally just bought this and returned it within the hour. You opened two other exact batteries yourself that also DIDN’T WORK.” Jevonony became very aggravated for some reason and practically yelled at me, “SIR, DO NOT DISRESPECT ME, YOU CAN LEAVE THE STORE!” I responded with, Okay, bye. Their competitor right around the corner just won my future business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.

If you're looking for a Smoke Shop in the Brookhaven area that welcomes you with huge smiles, some good old southern hospitality, and an immense amount of knowledge on any of your smoking needs, this is your place. If you're unsure about any of the products, don't fret. The staff here will educate you, so that you walk out even more knowledgeable. The layout of this place alone makes it a must see, and with the new lounge coming about, you can even go there to just hangout. Check this place out! Its a 10/10!

I've been going there for CBD oil for the past month because it was close. They have a customer rewards program, which I signed up for, but, despite me reminding them every time I purchase, they never give me credit for my purchases. I have spent over $200 and got credit for only one purchase. Today, I was planning to go again when I saw "Free Palestine" posted on their sign out front. I was already getting a sketchy vibe, but now I will NEVER darken their doorstep again. I will also warn my friends away. I will not support those who support terrorism against Israel.

I really like this location because I'm always in the city and it's good to have a reliable source for all my hookah needs. They always have everything in stock, tobacco, coals,and tips. Also be sure to check out the tangiers line one of the fews shops that actually carries some of the best and most rare tobacco around. 🙂🙂

The girl with glasses...I never asked her name. Was very polite and helpful and mostly patient. I'm from Florida but I knew every time I come back to Atlanta I'll be going to see her and the stores great selection of pipes.

The best smoke shop in the Atlanta area! The service is beyond amazing and the shop is so beautiful and clean. Everyone at Inhale is so informative on all the products and have great selection! This smoke shop is definitely my go to for my hookah needs!

By far the best experience I’ve had in the buckhead/Brookhaven area. Not only did they have all the best products but the service was on point, straightforward business. They gave me honest opinions and didn’t try to push what they were trying to get rid of on me. I felt appreciated, this is my new spot no doubt!

Inhale is by far the best and only smokeshop i’ll go to. They have the cleanest look and the most professional and knowledgeable staff. You have questions they have answers. I would go out of my way for these guys. That’s 5 stars for me. Keep it up crew!
