Bat vapor is amazing!! James did a damn good job helping me with my box set purchase!! Not only did he produce excellent customer service but he also helped me shop smart and he also educated me in how to use it!! I would recommend him and bat vape to anyone who is curious in vaping!!

I've been around to a lot of vape shops in Pensacola and I have to say this is the best. All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about all vaping needs and products. Their products are very reasonably priced and I know that the products that I choose are actually the most affordable I have found. The atmosphere in the shop is great, very laid back and a nice place to chill and talk to other vapers. The owner is also a very great person and does what he can to satisfy his customers. 12/10 would recommend.

I've been getting juice there for a while. But the last few times I've been in. I've been over charged. The price on the shelf says $18 then rings up for $25. They say juice is $16 then rings up for $18. Either someone doesn't know the prices on the product or trying to pull in a few extra dollars with every transaction.

Awesome group here. On this occasion I did not go in or purchase anything, but was have problems with resistance issues. The guy at the shop took time out of his busy schedule to bounce ideas back and forth. He didn't have to do that, but with his help we found ideas that would work. This is customer service. I became a loyal customer of theirs about three weeks ago. I had been purchasing my vape juice online thinking I was getting a great deal. I needed a coil and went into Bat Vape to get it. While there, I found out that I was paying WAY TOO MUCH for my juices. Everything you need for vaping can be found in that shop.The employees are GREAT!! You feel welcome the moment you enter the shop. Your questions will be answered and without the "that's a stupid question " look. Came in to BAT today after visiting many other Pensacola vape shops. Best prices by far on juice- I picked up a 120 mil for $18 including tax. The guy who waited on me was very down to earth and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

I love it here! Everyone is always so helpful and the prices are great! If you are new to vaping or a pro this places offers great variety! The staff here gets to know you as person, not just a customer. Plus they have a pool table if you're just looking to waste some time!
