This was a great shop to go in to. Clean and well organize, I really loved that. Jay was so professional, kind, sweet and had a smile on his face. The exceptional service Jay and the rest of the folks at this shop is what keeps me coming back time and again. I drive 1 hour to come to this place even tho I have multiple shops in my area. The customer service, however, at the other places does not compare to the one you'll get at this place. They will always greet you in the friendliest manner and help you til you get what exactly what you're looking for. They have the best prices around and a wide variety of products that other places fall short. I highly recommend this place to anyone, as you wont ever leave disappointed or dooped.

I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes and wanted to try a vape.
The owner (wish I could remember his name) and Stephan were so helpful and informative.
They took me from A to Z with my new vape answering all of my questions and explaining everything from set up to any problems I may have later.
They took time with me and did not act rushed or anything but interested in providing me the best product and knowledge to use it correctly.
They are extremely polite and work with you with pricing and seem to really care about their customers.

I have been a customer here for some time now and never had an issue up until my last visit. I bought two pens and one of them was defective. I returned two days after buying with receipt because I didn’t open the defective one until day 2 and the staff was not agreeing to even exchange for me (packaging & all). They offered me a “discount” on another pen and I politely declined. The defective pen was $20, and that’s the amount they lost my business over.
