Went two days in a row to take advantage of their 4/20 sale and both days we were in great hands. First day, we picked up two very gorgeous pieces of glass with the help of two incredibly friendly and knowledgeable members of staff, Phil and Kristin(I hope I spelled it right because she was amazing). Next day, we picked a couple accessories with the help of Mandy, who was also awesome and very informative. All three staff members were very helpful and we love everything we picked up based on their recommendations.

I’ve been in three times and Payden, Shea, and David are awesome! They’re knowledgeable and always have great tips and recommendations. Some of the glass is a little on the pricier side, but I definitely recommend this shop to anyone! Huge selection, convenient location, great people.

I’ve been here a few times and each time the people have been pleasant and super helpful. This past weekend I went and bought a beautiful piece. The girls that were there were super amazing. I will definitely be going back for all my glass and smoke needs for sure.

Prices here are pretty much the same as other local shops... I usually go here when I need to purchase one of my novo 2 cartridges in "singles." Only place I know of in the area where you can buy only 1, or 2, rather then a pack (minimum of 3 usually), which is nice if I am on a lower budget or trying something "new!!" ;)

I have spent about $450 at Lotus Smoke Shop over the past month. Sometimes customer service is great, other times they can't be bothered. (obviously, all depending upon the staff working). Last week I went in and made a +$200 purchase, and the girl at the counter was rude & had an attitude. Got home and opened the container and noticed that the seal on the top was broken, creased and at least 1/3 of the contents was missing (and no it's not due to settlement). I hope the owner gets a chance to read this so that they can address the personnel issues. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the area.

Yesterday I walked in the store with my mom. I wanted to get a vape for my mom to stop smoking. She asked many questions to understand what kind of device would best suit my mom. She assembled it, showed us step by step. Really took her time to explain everything before we left. Today, I asked my mom how she feels about the purchase. And she is very happy. I definately would recommend this store. Thank you for making 2 happy customers
