This place and the people are awesome. I'm from out of town and I broke my glass on the way here, so I was desperate to fix my setup. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who helped me was so friendly and actually recommended me a tank I had previously and had issues with, but he showed me exactly what I was doing wrong! Saved my vacation and now when I get home I can fix my other tank for a spare! You honestly cannot beat this place, will be returning whenever I'm in town.

I used to really enjoy this place. But I recently bought a mod here. When I got it the tank wobbled. I haven't had the tank for more than a month and the "water proof" seal around the mod is already peeling apart. Sadly I won't be going back here anymore after this clearly faulty mod was sold to me. It was a smok mag p3. Seems like a fake to me. Smoke has always been a wonderful sturdy mod. And this isn't even the first time I bought a mod from this store that broke in less than a month. Never buy a mod from this store!!!!!

All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially for someone new to vaping. I enjoy stopping in to buy new juices and products. I highly recommend this store for all your vaping needs. Bob is an excellent sales person and provided a lot of helpful tips fire me to get started with vaping.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to, they have tanks filled with all the flavors and you can sit there trying as many as you want until you find what you like. The even provide you with a throw away tip in a sealed package so you’re not sharing germs with all of Alachua. They don’t make you feel dumb if you have a question and are extremely helpful. First time we’ve been there and they treated us like family. We will be back!

Best shop I have ever bought from, always have latest products, never “out” of the items you’re looking for , and always take time to answer any questions you may have! If you’re tired of the “old fashioned” tattoo shop feel of most vape stores, give Vape Dimensions a try! You’ll be glad you did!

I love the people in there ,they are very pleasant to be around they have sample bottles so you can get a better idea of what you'd like. The products are good 😁

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the bar area makes it a great place to just relax for a while, which is convenient as I almost always stay for a conversation with the owner. Their sampler vapes are the most powerful I've used in any vape shop in Alachua county so you always get a good idea of what you're buying. Their prices rival typical online sales. I don't know how they do it. Definitely check them out.

I would like to start by saying these guys are very helpful. I bought one tstrom device and 2 weeks later the top part the tank wouldn't stop spinning I took it back and all I could afford was a second tstrom. 2 weeks later same problem. I went in pretty upset and they not only refunded my money but gave me 10 off my new device the fiegis which I love. I told them I dont want to buy another mod for at least a year and they said this one was indestructible ... thanks jason.

Best vape shop I've ever been in! Living in Gainesville and being disappointed in the few we have here, pushy staff, made to feel like they were to busy to answer questions or so much vapor in the air you could hardly even see in the display cases, It was great to walk in to a place and be made to feel like family. Definitely worth the drive!!!! Kurt explained several mods to me and the differences between them. I was encouraged to try flavors before purchasing them to make sure I loved them first. ( No where else ever did that). All the staff genuinely want you to be happy with your purchases and will go the extra mile to ensure that!!! And I can't even explain the sample area/bar. It's just amazing and your have to try it to understand!!! Wether you're new to vaping or a seasoned pro this is the place to go.
