I bought a 325 dollar puffco and got it home doesn't work...I contacted them and he said bring it in tom for my boss to look at...so I did...then they tell me we're sorry but you'll have to contact puffco....never in my life have I had a business tell me sorry but we won't swap it out and deal with them nope I gota do everything to either get my money back or get an exchange....they have lost my business on everything from vape products to there head products if they won't even stand behind the stuff they sell then what problems will you have?

Went in to visit and to ask questions about products and glass but the guy working was uninviting and not helpful at all. He was more worried about his video game that you could clearly see him playing walking in. The awkward silence was broken by my girlfriends customer service skills while he barely spoke to us or answered our questions. I won’t being shopping here for glass or product. I wouldn’t recommend their selection or customer service.

The best smoke shop there is in Montrose. Really, don't waste your time with the other shops. Buddy Guy's has a lot of selection on glass but an even better selection for Vape. Hundreds of flavors of juice on hand and vape pens, mods, and accessories for them. They have a some great guys working behind the counter to help you out to boot.
