Buddy's Smoke & Vape

I have purchased quite a few times from here every other week. Had an issue with a product and have tried multiple times to contact the owner to discuss and resolve the issue. The employees act as if they just don’t care to help at all. I wouldn’t recommend this local business, you’re better off buying at a gas station then getting cheap stuff from here with no guarantee or real customer service.

Dont spend your time or money here. I walked in and asked for the best disposable vapes they have the dude at the counter points me to a kiosk i bought 3 disposables for over $100 (elfbars) he says people buy these all the time. Was pretty excited. All 3 tasted like soap. Let me rephrase all 3 tasted terrible. If thats the best you got, I would reccomend somewhere else, especially for that price. Total ripoff.

Great shop. I've found that the prices are a wee bit higher here, but they always have my nic salt coils in stock. There's a decent variety of nic salt flavors, although they could use a wider array. They have a nice supply of anything smoke alternative related items.

One stop for all my puffco needs, super convenient when I visit town.

They have no sort of exchange policy, so if you buy something that is faulty out of the box, and leave the store, you're kind of left with the short end of the stick.

I was told "you get what you get, just like in everything else. They're all machine made so some are just bad. Maybe try with the company that made them." Which I consider to be rather unhelpful, as most reputable businesses have some sort of product guarantee to give customers some peace of mind. If a restaurant gives you a bad burger, they usually make it right by giving you a replacement burger.

Other than that somewhat dubious policy, it's a pretty good smoke shop. I can't say I've ever interacted with anyone particularly knowledgeable whenever I have a specific question, I do tend to get the same guy whenever I go in, but they're friendly enough and the prices are good.

As long as you know what you're getting into, they're generally the best shop in town, though admittedly that isn't saying much when your competition is only worthy of one star. Oh well, you get what you get, right?

Great selection, friendly staff, professional and a clean store!

Went to this store because they seem to be highly recommended. Not sure why though. They were so rude the entire time. Walked in the door and every employee stared at us like we had done something wrong and never said hi. They never asked if there was anything we needed or if they could help. I had walk the entire store looking for what we needed and wait for someone to acknowledge me staring at them just to get help. Upon helping us, it felt like we were taking up his time and in the way. I didn't have an ID due to needing a replacement recently and figured 1) I definitely look over 21and 2)most people don't ID just for glass. I've been with people who are friends of some employees, and they didn't get asked to show an ID. It's not anyones fault but your own that you got in trouble for selling to under age kids. Don't act rude to your customers over something you brought upon yourself. As a customer you will be better off going to Ridgway or ordering online for all your glass needs.

Picked up a couple of vape batteries, prices are right and they have a large selection of pipes, bubblers, and dab rigs.

Used to be good disposable vapes here, but the last one i bought the battery died and it was still more than half full. Tried to go back and they did nothing. Only had it 2 days. The vape before that melted down after getting stuck on. Will not be back.

Don't mind the jackass with the bad review here, who complains after they break stuff two weeks later? Anyway, stopped by today because I had forgotten my rare coils at home in AZ... they didn't have them but the guy was totally cool letting me use cotton and tools to rebuild. Even entertained my son while I was there, gave him a toy too. Recommend these guys to anyone. Great place, nice glass selection. Thanks again.
