Love this place!! I love the staff they are very friendly. The owner I've met once he is cool to talk to. The business is great all the way around.

I'm assuming the Female employee stole my points because I didn't tip her $60 I spent in when I went to put it in my text for the 1st time. Why I would assume it was the woman is because when I walked in she was complaining about her employer and the stuff she said didn't depict her in the right light to me. She really did not have a good attitude and that's the reason I didn't tip her. Not to mention that I lost $10 in the rewards when the system got switched Over and i lost my phone number. I've lost over 80 points since then as well so I've almost lost $20 in rewards. Do everyone a favor, remove the points and stop asking for tips.

This review is for the harmony rd location in fort Collins. They have a well stocked and priced store with great promotions for new customers. Luckily they carried what I had been looking for and will be back whenever I'm in the area. The promotions are very generous and have a larger selection than other headshops. Employees were kind and courteous. Carry what a few other headshops didn't .

I have to update this post I was given a formal apology and was really quitvumbled,I should never forget the team work of 10 over the words of just 1. I will continue to go to puffs because they have the freshest Escobar's and coolest people who work there. Blessings guys happy holidays. Updated 11/12/22 I will never go to puffs again because of the pompous attitude of your cashier on 10/28/22, I have been cpming in for awhile always using a rooster coupon because who can afford 20 bucks every 2 days , anyways I always get a bad vibe by this guy so basically he wanted to use a different coupon that he says will help them not lose money
Well I had e exactly 10.21 and a 50 p er cent off coupon that he did not want to honor, also he would'nt let me speakn cashier was rude in a condescending way. He said if I dont buy it someone else will, thisguy knows nothing about customer service, he said "we'd be losing money if I give it at the coupon price, I said "you're losing money and loyalty right now. Why did they make a coupon in the first place?

Way overpriced, granted it’s my fault for shopping there but $20 for 3pack of novo pods when it’s $15 elsewhere. Just won’t be going back with those prices.
