Third Eye is a very well kept and clean store. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and they can make your juice up in a few minutes. They have a cute doggie too.

Such a great vape shop! They make their juice in house for regular juice and e-liquid so you can pick your flavor and nicotine! They also have great stickers and awesome customer service! Best vape shop in town.

Was searching around town for a JUUL and EVERYBODY was out. Pods were even scarce.. Stopped in at 3rd Eye before heading home Nic-less..... Greatest stop of the day hands down. Told the shop owner what I was seeking and he was out; but he called around town to some select shops that I didn’t know about....first helpful gesture... Nobody had units. He then showed me some alternatives to the JUUL as I was about to leave - even let me try his personal piece before I called it quits...second super helpful gesture... I decided to go with an alternative unit (same as his because it works just as well as what I was searching for) and was talking with him about how I had already purchased a pack of pods expecting to find a unit and was going to just give them to him for being so kind and helpful and after all, I didn’t need them anymore..... he offered me half-the-value of the pack of pods off my total purchase from his store..... third helpful gesture... He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the standard of customer service, was kind and professional throughout, and made a life-long customer in me as long as I’m in Durango. Could not have DREAMED of a better experience.. seriously, GO CHECK HIS SHOP OUT!!

Im from farmington NM. Was down here for a job and my day started out pretty horriblely from the minute i woke up at 530am. For one i drove to durango for an appointment and the person doing my certification called in sick but didnt bother notifying me and i was then told to drive to Cortez....long story short the owner fixed my tank for me for a small fee, even hooked me up with some free liquid. Most definitely turned my day around i highly recommend going here for any other out of towners or those who are new to Vaping.
