Great Customer Service Amazing Recommendations Best Shop

Poor Customer Service Defective Product

Was my go-to shop since I started vaping about a year ago, it's around the block from my house. Bought a tiny $2 glass pipe last week, I'm a super light smoker so I didn't try it until last night. Come to find the mouthpiece hole had closed over during production and rendered it dysfunctional. Went back exactly a week and a day after to see about an exchange, was told I was too late and nothing could be done. Lost a regular customer over a $2 matter.

For all others in the area with the same experience, and who only shop here cuz it's the only store close, Los Compadres on Airport and Ruskin offers good vapes and opened a whole vape shop right nextdoor to their liquor store.

$2 bro...

I wasn't asking for an exchange for something I simply didn't like or broke myself. It was a defective product that you stocked on your shelf. You say your business will corrupt if you exchange faulty products? I say it's obviously working the opposite way. I'm just thankful it was only two dollars, yet disappointed that is was over two dollars. I stood there stupid for about 25 seconds after I was denied and still thought about buying a couple vapes from you guys. That was my payday, I was anticipating getting my 2$ piece exchanged and buying a couple accessories, every other experience I've had there was A1. But I'm definitely not putting any more money in your hands if you don't even back up your cheap products.
