The staff is always very helpful and friendly .. very pleasant to shop here . They always have the biggest selection , and never before seen pieces as well . There prices are reasonable also ..highly recommend , only bad part is the parking lot is always super busy , and huge pot holes ... But not the stores fault . Great store overall !!

May is awesome and the selection here is fantastic! What a great little hidden gem on Academy and they offer discounts for military! Their prices are on point! Great head shop too!

I've been coming to the store since it opened and the staff is very helpful. But I have to say Alexa has been most helpful to me and my other friends I tell about this store .Alexa is very respectful about what we are looking for she is very nice and always knowledgeable on stuff we are not sure about in the store .(That's a big help) I hope she gets recognized for all she does for the customer's that come into the shop. Let me first start if off by saying I am always greeted with a hello and a smile, immediately asked for any help ...they have a point system and it's great 👍 always fast easy transactions. 10/10 get your headshop needs. Clean store and knowledgeable staff .....So go check it out.

I used to really like this place, up until the past 3 weeks. In the past 3 weeks, I have bought three new coils and two new pods for my Novo4, as well as two new e-liquids. When I bought my Novo 4, the coil that came with it lasted 2 weeks, so when it finally burned out I went to go get refills. I bought two coils one pod and another e-liquid. About 3 days after I bought all of that, the coil burnt out. Which I understand there are duds and not just happen sometimes. So I went back and I bought another coil just the coil though not a new pod, I filled it up with the juice let it sit so it doesn't run a high chance of burning the coil out right away. Tasted really great for the first 3 days, then again it was burnt my liquid was turning black tasting awful. I went back and talked to me and she just suggested getting another coil another pod in a different type of juice. So, I did that I spent another $599 for another coil another $5.99 for another pod and another $20 for more juice. Now, 3 days later my coil is burnt again. I don't have any money to buy any more stuff until I get paid Friday when I went back the previous time I was hoping they might be able to give me a discount or something because this is such a reoccurring problem. But that was not offered I was just told to buy another new one of everything. I believe that their coils are old, and I believe that might be the reason why they're burning out so fast on me. I will find a new vape shop to buy my supplies at! Other than that, I want to say that the employees and the owner are very friendly I just think that they could take a little better care of their customers.
