By far the most pleasant experience ive had with a vape store! The staff was so welcoming and helpful and let me try a bunch of flavors. Their vape selection is wildly huge! I’ll probably make this my only ship I go to. 👌🏻

Stuff sure went down hill since they opened, customer service especially. Juice doesn't seem high quality nor taste as good as Absolute and other places. I came a few times for nice prices, but they did not honor a coupon they sent out through their own app.

I came in and Ky helped me get a new vape pen. Hes really friendly down to earth just an overall stand up guy 5 stars will definitely be back!!!

This will be copy and pasted from my Yelp review but I really wanted to share my personal experience with this shop everywhere:

First off I want to start by saying that this place is exceptional in customer service!
Bring your ID! They are strict about ID policy but I believe this is good practice and what keeps a business like there's in business.

Onto the customer service. Simply the best I have had at a vape shop in town. While most shops in town are friendly the people here really try to help you out and tend (for the most part) to know what they are talking about.

EXAMPLE: Recently I purchased a tank from this shop I had been eyeing for a while. The well known company doesn't generally produce duds so I left the shop happy and content waiting to get home to try it. At first everything was ok. The atomizer it came with threaded perfectly. Well about a week in when it came time to replace the atomizer i took one out of my 5 pack and proceeded to screw the atomizer into my tank. Halfway in it dead stops, and the threads wont turn unless extreme force is used usually with pliers. All my products were verified authentic at the site so it must be the tank as the atomizer would thread into my other tanks fine. I called j vapes and explained my recent situation. I didn't have the highest expectations because this is all just mass produced china labor meaning no warranties. After explaining my dilemma they offered to exchange my tank, they were currently out of the tank I bought so they did offer a few similar ones but I opted to wait. The shipment must have been delayed as I waited about two weeks before my tank came back in. When it did come back in my original tank was about 3 weeks old but I walked into the shop.

I was instantly greeted and they knew who I was and without hesitation they exchanged my tank!

Can not begin to explain how happy this made me!

Also their juice is really good with tons of flavors to boot and constant new ones being added. They keep expanding the customization (everything in 70/30 blend now as well as 50/50). They also will allow you to sit down and try any flavor you like before hand so you can decide if it is for you or not.

All I will leave on the juice is Yellow Sub and Ridin Nerdy..... These two flavors alone keep me returning constantly.

All in all this is my favorite vape shop in town. They have the best prices on hardware every time I am looking to buy (verified by calling 10+ shops every time I look to purchase). Their juice prices are very reasonable for the quality as well (AEMSA Certified) and they promote daily deals! Check them out to save some cash!

I will continue to shop here, continue to tell everyone I know looking for juice or just to get started in e cigs to go here (itaste vv and mini nautilus = perfect starter combo), and continue to spread the good word about this place.

These guys are so awesome!!! Jessica just told me about a problem with a charger for my battery and I was fully prepared to buy a new battery. Instead of taking my money, she turns around and tells me to bring the charger back in and they will replace it at no cost, gave me a loaner battery, and came up with a $5 fix for my leaky tank. Seth has helped me on numerous occasions to find the right gear, the right juice, and overall grooming me to get into mods. Don't hesitate to go into JVapes for the best in everything vape. And by the way, they're listed on several sites in the top ten for their juice. You guys are awesome!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Best prices, and best service in town! I am now 5 months tobacco free thanks to these guys. Very friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help you with all your needs, I have sent many people to them because of their great work. They also have the best prices and flavors for liquid compared to other shops I have found in the city.

Went there with my mom and the guy was kinda rude. They have changed a lot since the FDA has gotten involved and the people have change. Used to be so nice and polite this guy was complete attitude and I will not be going back.

Jvapes is amazing! Best service and knowledge from a vape shop anyone can ask for. Every employee in there knows their stuff! And they are willing to take the time to help you with all of your questions and concerns about juice, mods, tanks. Anything that has to do with vaping Along with their relatively cheap juice and other vaping prices, this is my go to vape shop!

I am always greeted with kindness when I come here. The staff is so kind and very helpful. They have excellent flavor choices as well. This is my place to go when I need E-juice or any kind of vaping needs. :)

I called all over town trying to find the coils I wanted for my vap. No one had them by Jvapes and not only that but their price was extremely good, better than most (all) online retailers plus shipping. Friendly, efficient, well stocked on supplies. Thanks Jvapes.
