Everyone that works here is incredibly nice, kind and very informative. Not overpriced; has a range of selection from low to high tier quality accessories and an entire wall dedicated to any and all of your needs. Cigar room too for those who are interested. (This isn’t a paid ad)

Some guy sold me on a vape and I bought it and it had no flavour and died within 15 mins, came back the day after and they said they couldn’t do anything, the product is defective! Customers at fault if a vape is defective and vapes tend to be sometimes faulty so I wouldn’t trust this place.

I want to share two key reasons why Lou's Smoke Shop is my #1 go-to spot -- local or otherwise:

1) Prices are surprisingly competitive. I expect to pay a premium in the Weho area, but I've found Lou's prices to be less than smoke shops I've been to in Riverside (seriously). Very refreshing for this area.
2) Lou takes product requests seriously. I recently presented Lou with a new disposable vape my friend found in Hawaii (Elfbar BC5000). I told Lou about it and within a couple of weeks he had every SKU on the shelf at a reasonable price.

Btw I was self-motivated to write this and stand by it; I called Lou to ask where I could post a positive review that would be helpful and here I am.

The owner is the only one I’ve know to order a specific juice that I’m not able to get anywhere else. If I’m out and he’s running low I message him and there’s an order in. His prices are good and he’s just a really good person.. He goes so above and beyond that I’m mind blown 🤯 please give this man all your business he deserves it and more!!

As someone who has visited a wide variety of smoke shops, my general assumption is that if you are going to one there is a 50% chance their are going to overcharge you on vape juice or accessories. This shop dose not ,and is one of the cheapest costing, yet most high quality product shops I have ever been to. Not to mention that the staff is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very nice to come here. They care about the customer, their prices are unbeatable, their the best in this area.I have 3 shops within walking distance of me, but I would rather drive here any day.

Lou, the owner, knows what he is doing. They have the biggest selection of glass and vaping supplies of pretty much any shop in the area! Their kratom prices cannot be beat. The staff here knows what they are talking about and will do whatever it takes to ensure their customers have a quality experience. They carry just about every piece of vaping hardware on the market, with the inventory constantly growing. Impressive is an understatement. Their prime location makes this place a can't miss!

Best shop, such helpful and nice, educated guys running the place. Rey & Chance were both so knowledgeable on all the products!

My favorite smoke shop in LA. Knowledgeable staff, excellent and friendly service, vast selection and perfect location on Sunset BLVD. They know what they’re doing here and it shows. Highly recommend.

My favorite place to shop for vaping liquids and supplies in Los Angeles. They always have the shelves stocked and organized with every flavor and brand e-juice imaginable. But the best thing is the people who work here are friendly and helpful! OMG! SHOCKING! A rare gem in a sea of Hollywood douchebqggery
