Every time I have been here, the service is unbelievably rude unless it’s the long black hair man, he is very respectful. However, the tall short hair man needs a lesson in customer service and needs to learn how to speak to customers instead of being dismissive and rude. This place needs customer service training and overall needs to learn to respect and value their customers.

I have been going to this shop since it has opened. They are friendly and have good prices. However, my recent experience was exactly the opposite. I buy boxes of cigars regularly. The gentleman tried to charge me more than usual and I explained that I get a minor discount when I buy a box at a time. This is normal for most cigar shops. He persisted to tell me he is giving me his best price which was false. Very disappointing. I may give them another chance but beware of what they charge versus the price on the merchandise.

I make 35 minute drives just to buy from R & M. There’s a shop spitting distance from my place but it just doesn’t beat R & M.
HANDS DOWN best vape shop I’ve ever been to - and take a look at their humid room they have great brands for cigars. This place does it all well worth a check out.

Mike was amazing! I went in there looking for a Suorin Air and Mike notified me of a newer device they released that was so much better. This is the main shop I go to and the customer service is always awesome. If you’re looking for a good place to go, I would definitely recommend this shop!

Over priced, they over charge you, and they steal your credit card information. Then try to use it all over town. Happened to me twice. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Reported to my bank for Veterans and the Scottsdale Police Department.
Check your statements because they know someone who works on W Indian School and 24th St. Both are gas stations. It will be an EFT charge for an ATM withdrawal for an increment that you can’t even get out of an ATM.

I read the negative reviews. Unbelievable and tsk,tsk, is on them, not the owner. Inviting shop, clean, much variety and prices are great. My son introduced me to this place and everything he said was true. Very friendly and they want to earn your business. Visit and see for yourself. 5 Stars.
