This shop has been on my 'Must Go To Places' for awhile. I finally got a chance this evening to stop in. So glad I did. I have been in the window shopping phase of gift buying for my OAO (one and only, boyfriend, significant other). I've wanted to buy him something unique, reliable, with a flair of understated class but yet practical (kind of like him). The staff was friendly, attentive (but not in a smothering way) and knowledgeable. The reason I've not yet decided or purchased this gift was due to financial challenges. This gift isn't for any special occasion, it's just a 'cuz you're you and I want you to know you're special' gift. Because of the guy (and I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) was so helpful and understood what I was looking to do, my window shopping turned into a purchase.
Rarely today do I go into any store without being either ignored or smothered.
I highly recommend this shop, not only for the outstanding staff and customer service but for the variety of goods they have for sale.

Def recommend this store. Was just shopping but then the owner helped us out. Had some great advice. Gave some info on what we were looking at, then suggested a different item which we loved. Also mentioned how it was a Made in USA piece which def helped. Went in looking and walked out a customer. Def the type of small business owner that I love to spend money at.

Great assortment. The employee tip jar is a very bad idea. Maybe you should pay higher wages to the employees and get rid of the tip jar. Total turn off.

Super awesome owners. Cut me a very nice deal on a 30" zob beaker, Bomb Kratom, always down to chat about their products, even gave me 2 free clippers and are very well knowledged about glass. Has basically everything you could want from a smoke shop I've been around 15 different smoke shops in Phx and Glendale and none compare.

I made a large purchase here last week for the Pax 3 and the staff was nothing but helpful. I have been here a few times and I always send my friends to this shop, the best shop I have ever stepped foot in in the valley. Clean, reasonable prices, helpful and nice staff, great selection and variety.
