This is the best smoke shop I’ve been too in a while. They have great customer service here! As soon as I walked in I wanted everything they had. Lots of unique items other shops alike do not have. I bought a few things that stood out to me and can’t wait to visit again. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in they will have something for you! The hospitality was excellent will return soon! ♥️

Never been in here, and now I never will. Called three times, FINALLY got someone to pick up the phone. I ask my question And the employee does the worst job of pretending to care ever. They literally said hold on let me look and didn't even take a second before they just spouted off some random name. They didn't actually look. They didn't make sure they didn't have something else. Lost my business for sure.
Edit: I won't be changing anything. Small business or not, there are ways to do things. If you're busy and the phone rings, you pick it up, ask them for a moment to finish with your current customer(s), wrap up the in person, then answer the phone. I've worked 10+ years customer service, so I know the song and dance.

Where has this place been all my life? I just stopped in to The Joint for a glass bong after mine broke and hoped to find something simple for a reasonable price, not expecting too much. Man was I pleasantly surprised when I found that the prices were more than reasonable, and their selection is easily the biggest I’ve seen in downtown Phoenix.
The store is kept meticulously organized and clean without feeling cold or impersonal; the employee who helped me (wish I got his name) was so laidback and helpful, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. At that, I came in and told him what I had in mind, and he immediately had several options to show me, all well under my budget. I ended up finding a beautiful dumbbell-style Clover piece for literally a quarter of the cost for the same piece online.
The store has a huge range of smoke and vape accessories- bongs, pipes, incense sticks, rolling trays, car fresheners, candles, and much more. The customer service was just as exceptional as the selection and I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

The Joint Smoke and Vape have the best incense and candles. The candles are a smoke and odor eliminating with some great fragrances. I like the “Peace River” and “Dragon Blood”. There incense are homemade I believe and you can purchase 10 for $2.00. Plus the employees are always helpful and friendly.
