This is the best smoke shop I’ve been too with the help of the employee Mya, she always gives the best recommendations and prices for a product. She always helps her costumers and greets them. Mya is very nice and helpful, this is my go to smoke shop!

I love this smoke shop! I stopped through on my way to Los Angeles. Mya and the rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The products are fresh and worth the prices. This is the smoke shop I recommend if you’re ever in Arizona.

I honestly havent gone to any other smoke shop since I have found elevated. Some of the coolest pieces at some of the best competitive pricing! The staff is always a pleasure to deal with, and are there to help you out! Most shops the employees sit on their ass and do nothing. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about all different types of glass and will try and get you exactly what your looking for. If you haven't checked it out yet I highly reccomend it!

This place is top notch, I've never been to a shop that the second you walk in you are being assisted directly for what YOU are looking for. Most shops try to get you in/out without caring why you're there but this place will make sure you are satisfied. Amazing selection, outstanding staff and customer service. Definitely the place to go for whatever you need!!

Very sad, I walked in not referred by anyone but because I ate at the great restaurant next to this establishment decided to purchase new ccell product and was encouraged to purchase a relaxation oil that I was misinformed or and misinterpreted to be what I thought was something I would like. Turns out after trying it for a few vapes I decided it wasnt for me. Upon returning to this establishment I decided to call and see if I could return such item as it was in my mouth and I would completely understand if it was a straight NO. I was told I can return the item by Andy who advised me was the manager but seems to believe he is the owner and change his mind when he wants Fact was he told me over the phone I could return it but only get store credit and also only 50% of my purchase. so I agreed. He told me to come on down and we would straighten this out. So coming in I was told I didn't use enough of the oil and needed to try more I myself didn't want to use the entire oil and show up with an empty container which would make no sense He wanted to argue which I'm in a different position in life he wouldn't even address the issue at hand. It's not that of a major deal since it was only 30 dollars but I understand to some people like him that's a full days work
it's not and he is not worth getting the police or any other issues. I never write reviews but this was the worst human I have experience in a business setting and not a MAN for taking back his word and not crediting me with store credit or any type of refund or even to try to make things right and keep me as a customer I was fine not getting the money back or even losing half but to do nothing is signs of a $12 hr no education "manger" and situation to have me waste my time and come down for him to try and impress the female employees who are not at fault. I understand they have to encourage products and "up sale" items. Any great business does but so does putting the customer first and not your ego. Please do not go here Go anywhere else but here because there are to many choices and shops to be treated like this I'm sure they will be out of business and become a taco shop soon enough by the way my name is Alex. Just thought I put it there so if he is reading this he can try and remember this situation I doubt it he couldn't even remember to grow up and dress his age. 15 going on 35
