The two people that work here are my absolute favorite people. I’m a regular there and anytime I’ve ever had a problem they are quick to fix it. The man welcomes us with warm smiles and has even danced across the counter when my boyfriend started bopping. And the lady is super sweet she always gets me exactly what I need! 10/10 place no doubt about it.

The customer service in this place is beyond exceptional. Through my experience, I bought a vape, but ended up disliking the flavor, yet the owner still willingly let me change it which I found thoughtful. Even though they don’t do refunds, they try to push their morals as much as possible in order to have you leaving satisfied.

I’ve seen a few people on here trying to debunk the shop for selling broken vapes and insisting on constant refunds, however it’s clear people are ripping the owners off since they make you test the vape in the shop. People in shop might be good but they can't really help or understand you over the phone. Called to simply get prices and they would not over the phone told me to come in...... Lost a sale that way; provide customer service over the phone guys!
