We called ahead to make sure they had the correct type of pods that we needed for our vape devices and were told that they had them. We went to the shop and they gave us the wrong pods. We returned the next day to exchange the incorrect items and they did not have the correct pods. We were told that the manager would give us a call. That never happened. We will not be back.

Bought 6 packs of top papers for $10,42, last nite. Didn't use any of the papers. Woke up this morning got a paper and realized it wasn't the right one. I immediately got into my car to return for exchange. The young lady who was there last nite was there also again. I was meet with rudeness and not only did she not want to exchange them, she gave me 5 papers instead of 6. Today I take nothing for granted not even smiles and greetings. So, so disappointed, but will never spend another dime there. I buy tobacco there to. We spend $25.00 a week on that alone.😟🙁☹

Typical vape store here in Maricopa, AZ. Not many choices in the area unless you want to drive 40 miles round trip. A little pricey on things, somewhat limited supplies. But overall does well. Customers are treated with respect. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The customer service here is great, Jason is always a big help if I ever have any vape questions, and has always been pleasant and professional. The prices and selection are getting much better, and they always welcome any suggestions or criticism. The new employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Big fan of the changes that have been, and are being, made. Keep up the good work Jason & crew.

I've read the good reviews. I don't understand we've been there a few times and they have never been friendly. They are always rude. I even called to see if they carried a certain product she definitely sounded like she was having a bad day hey! You rep that entire store! I'm not going in there again. Friendly informative people sell products.

This shop does indeed sell MALFUNCTIONED products and won’t even allow an exchange? Shame on you.
And just my advice; Brenda Schockley needs to work on their customer service. As the store manager, you should show an example of what good customer service is, not demonstrate what a piece of trash this world is becoming. You represent the whole store and I won’t be coming back after the poor service and being robbed of my time and money.
