Was asking the associates why there system charges 2-3$ extra charges from what it’s advertised on the sticker price. Girl employee says clover system charges extra fees ( never had any clover system extra charge me before at other vape/smoke shops) vape was 25.99 comes out to 28.05 after “clover” fees. Was told I was being disrespectful because I said they are false advertising prices. Was told to go somewhere else if I don’t like it by the shorter male employee. Need a new system and employees who know customer service basics

On 2 separate occasions spent a decent amount of money on a water pipe or a "bong" as a gift. I was told I if I brought it home and it wasn't what he was looking for that I could return/exchange it, as long as there had not been any water in it... I made my question very clear especially before I purchased the 2nd one!¡?¿ both times spoke with the manager... so I spent about $120 on two glass paperweights I promise that will never happen again.....

Solid little humidor inside, definitely saved me a trip to Tempe for real cigars.

I can always find my favorite flavored cigars. Service is fast and staff is friendly and helpful.

It's the best smoke shop in the town of Maricopa, AZ. Great prices and great pieces of all sorts. Plus alot of other gear and vape(tobacco) products!!!!

1/2 bangers I’ve bought here were supper warped spending at least 45 a piece on them.Also 2/2 glass pieces(down stem with pink diamonds and a separate rig)All the glass I’ve purchased from here here HAD BLACK MOLD IN IT I though I was tripping but when it happened again and was able to catch it on film while cleaning it before the first use it was then I got my money back for the rig.When I brought up how the nail that was in the rig that had the mold in it before I had even cleaned it had residue the owner wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say and kept talking over me when I seen it and had to clean it with my own hands.Without a doubt they sell used pieces I WOULD NEVER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR LET ANYONE I CARE ABOUT SHOP HERE not to mention any torch I’ve ever gotten here has broken in some way not even two months after getting it

I was staying at a DV shelter in Maricopa. On Saturday's the families arrive for visitation. I noticed that early Saturday mornings the young women begin bickering with each other, when typically they get along. I suspected that they were under some duress in anticipation for seeing their children/family. So I walked down to the Smoker's Edge smoke shop and asked the employee if they have any clearance packs of cigarettes. I explained my hunch that these women were needing a cigarette to calm their nerves before visitation. The employee said "hold on just a second..." He went to the back of the storage and came back with a few packs of cigarettes. He explained that these were damaged (usually by the box cutter during the restocking). He said I could have them for free! He further explained that he will tell his employees about my situation and to save the damaged packs for Saturday mornings. Well... upon my return to the shelter that morning I was hugged and one woman even teared up. To my knowledge, the gals are still able to receive the damaged cigarettes for family visitation even after I moved on. Thank you Smokers Edge! A small act of kindness from you has continued to help the families of Arizona.

Emergency use only. Coils are 300% mark up from any online site. Juice is 100%. Dont get me started on the glass pieces. Up to 500% mark up on simple terp slurper, all the bangers are unreasonably thick. About the only thing I've seen priced normally is the butane. Though the items above are all I've looked at.
