Always an enjoyable experience. They consulted and got me off tobacco over 3 years ago. I knew nothing about E-Cigs. They took time to let me try all the flavors and made me feel great about quitting. A year later when I was about to relapse, they said they can fix that and put me in a stronger unit. They always sold only what was needed. Now I go for their juice. Their juice is clean tasting, something I haven't found anywhere else I've traveled. The service is spectacular. Great Vape Shop!

Great staff, products, and the ability to try different flavors is absolutely lovely!
My only complaint is that their prices are high, sometimes very high. Some things they have I can get for 1/2 to 1/4 the cost on the Internet shipped (genuine non-knockoffs).

Great place, great products...I was astonished by the juices that they had ny favorite discontinued flavor. The sweet lady that works there was very kind and took the time to answer all my non-stop questions. I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful staff. New flavors all the time and they let you test which ones you like. I also had bought a battery from them in Feb/13 it ended up becoming damaged through rigorous use and we brought it back to see if it was salvageable, to our suprise, they replaced it then and there at no cost. Nothing but good things from this store.

Great place. Tom the owner and staff are really nice and pleasant. They make their own liquid and they have such a large assortment of products to choose from and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I have been going to Extreme since he first started his buisness. Will only go to them for our smoke products.

Awesome variety of vape juice, tanks, batteries, etc. Great customer service. Hubby and I have been customers for almost 2 yrs. Have recommended them to many other people. Have I said awesome.....love the fact that you can taste all the flavors prior to purchasing. Samantha rocks!!!!

These people have the most outstanding customer service. They will spend time with you and help you find what is best for you. I do not live close but drive the distance to go there and will not buy from any other place.

Wow! So I have been going to the new location on Happy Valley and lake pleasant now for about 4 months. Spent a solid 600 dollars and have the receipts to prove so. In January my wife bought herself a new Kangertech Emow Mega vapor cigarette for $95.00. About 2 weeks later she was having issues with the tank being stuck closed and not opening as well leaking liquids. So she went back and explained to the nice guy the issue and he told her to dry it off and then twist and been in their 2 more times. Then today as we tried to get the tank off it broke at the bottom. Went to the store and the guy has seen us mutiple times about this issue and we had enough. Asked him to replace it and swap it out with a different one. He then called his boss and we could hear him in the background saying "absolutely not, we can't do anything for the customer after the 30 day warranty." But we went in with this concern within 30 days and told us to keep trying it out. It is the worst service I've ever had. After showing this guy how much we have spent in very little time and he was not willing to take the hit on his very inexpensive product. We went to the vapor smoke shop on lake pleasant and deer valley and they are awesome and less expensive . Would definitely recommend that location. Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

It's like a Costco dedicated just to Vapes and everything and anything related to vaping! They have a huge menu for vape flavors, kinda like a bar with mixed drinks, every mixed drink has a unique name, same thing with their unique named mixed vapliquids bottles that totally overloads my taste buds! Thank you Brent for bringing my fiance and I there, we'll definitely be coming back for more!

These guys are the best! I was new to the vaping world, but the staff was super friendly and really gave me the lowdown on all of their products and flavors. They helped me find the best product for my needs, and they even let me try the different flavors before I purchased them! Their prices are excellent, and the selection is unmatched. If you want to visit a great vape shop, definitely stop in here. I am definitely going to return in the future, and recommend them to everyone I know that wants to quit smoking nasty cigarettes and take a step over to the dark side. Vape on!
