The most enjoyable vape experience in town. All of the staff are kind and promote positive vibes. They make you feel comfortable and apt to come again to try new flavors or buy something completely new that you have never tried before. They focus all of their attention on their customers and assist in making it an experience more than a simple purchase. They also provide a wide assortment of inventory that varies on all things vape or that one thing everyone likes. Please enjoy the experience and do not be afraid to ask questions, they are definitely a people-first business.

Horrible experience. I bought a second vape there after asking if I could return it and the ASSURED me if I had my receipt and original packaging I could. When I went back after not using but "the packaging was open" I was told I could not return it. The "sign indicating it" was at the very end of the store where it's barely visible to customers. This was again after I had an employee tell me I could. The manager said "just because you have buyers remorse doesn't mean you can return it". So giving out faulty information just to make a sale isn't a great way to run a business. Employees are only concerned with making sale and not about the customer at all

We were just passing through town and decided to stop here to pick up some much needed provisions. Joe was extremely helpful and 100% needs a raise! This gentlemen was definitely on top of his vape juice flavors and gave us loads of recommendations. If we ever need to get more juice in Flagstaff, we will be returning here!

Just went in today 5/20/20 because I have USAA I had my card frozen due to me traveling. well to top it I went because my mod fell and the glass that holds the juice broke. The associate working that day black curly hair(didn’t get her name) was super patient with me. She waited for me to take care of my situation helped me get a new glass and was super friendly. Basically I could not believe the customer service there. If I was her manager I’d give her a raise. You can’t get service like that everywhere. Red star vapor keep up the great work hiring exceptional associates and love your prices. You can’t beat them!

Really great service and knowledge from the staff at this location. Both Reece and Jen know their stuff and are incredibly friendly and patient. Reece in particular helped me get set up with an upgrade to my device, she really knows all the minor differences which was a big help.
