Very knowledgeable and very helpful with the best prices I’ve seen in town, along with a rewards program that is actually worth it. Went in with my wife she got a new Vape, new Vape juice, coils for the Vape with discounts on most of it. Very happy with our purchases and very happy with our experience. I would highly recommend them.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, readily gave recommendations and was happy to answer any and all questions. They seemed to have a pretty good selection and knew it pretty well.

The store wasn't busy either, so they were happy to chat for a bit and hang out. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to giving them my business again.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The devices are tested and used by the staff, they know the ins and outs of everything on their shelves. The juice selection is great as well, but does lack some tabacco flavors. 10/10 my favorite shop in town!

I bought a vaping device last week. At checkout, I was told it could be returned within 14 days, with the receipt. After the second day, I noticed it was leaking. I took it back to the store, explained the problem and showed my receipt. They refused to refund my money. They even refused to exchange it for one that worked properly. What kind of business lies to, and cheats a disabled veteran?

The young gentleman who assisted me, was working alone. It was 20 minutes until close and I was buying all new equipment and juices. Plus having the usual questions. This guy... Cool as a cucumber! He also waited on 4 other customers smiling, helpful & very knowledgeable of every product in the store. For that young generation that seems lost & confused on a regular.... Made me proud of this young man! I thank you sir!!! Keep up the work!! I see raises for You, I Hope!!!! 😁😊

OMG!!! I put my vape in my pocket with my keys and cracked my tank 🤦‍♀️ I was on a space cruise and like 7 hours away from home. A quick Google search lead me here! The two folks working were FAB! They didn't have any tanks 🥺But they called other local shops trying to help a girl out! No one had what I needed. However, they ended up helping me with a plastic one until I could find me a glass. Total PROPS!!! These guys were very kind and generous to some random who broke her vape in a unknown place! I will always go back if I am in Wyoming!!!

In response to the owner it's not me it's the juice we usually go to Straightline and get the exact same thing but they were out so we decided to try you guys out, both my girlfriend and I said it taste like chalk or some kind of dusty flavor. It is very bad tasting. And when I called I asked if we could maybe exchange it or maybe get a discount on another bottle and the girl said no if it's open we can't do anything about it. As someone in retail and sales if a customer came up to me with my product and said that is was defective I would replace or refund them in a heart beat no questions asked.

By far the best vape shop in town. No bias here, I used to work there. Mike, the owner, is a great guy, extremely friendly. House juice is good and the point system through clover is fair and rewarding. They carry a vast selection of 3rd party juices, both salt and freebase that are thoroughly tasted and selected along with the devices they sell. The employees will give you an honest opinion of the devices and juices that they provide. They carry budget friendly devices, all the way up to high end mech mods. They have also recently delved into cbd bud and concentrates along with delta 8, and the best selection of dry herb vapes in casper. I literally don't go anywhere else.
