Blond older lady shouldn't be working there. Everytime I come in and am trying to buy something and then someone walks in after me ends up being helped before me, even though the lady clearly sees that I'm there before anyone else. I never browse around and know exactly what I want and wish I can be treated just like any other emploee in the store. Haven't had any hard feelings toward any other emploee though. I guess the lady is ruining the experience for me. I would give 5 stars again just feel like that lady must go or have a talk with. She also has no idea what shes doing behind the counter. She may be to intoxicated! I hope the owner sees this and does something about it. I'm not the only one who feels that way

We just moved up from Texas and have struggled so hard to find a good vape shop/dispensary up here. This is definitely the place! Steven and Jennifer are very kind and always bring a bit of joy to our visits. The entire staff has a great vibe. Their inventory is extremely impressive and their prices are great. This will definitely be our go-to shop from here on out!

Stores that require a membership do so because they collect your information for whatever purposes they like. Stopped in to pick something up quick. They carry none of the quality brands I'm familiar with and couldn't answer any of my questions about anything and were almost completely nonverbal other than the 8 hellos I got from each member of this ridiculously overstaffed store. No sale without membership means I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Great selection! A very welcoming place, you can come in and just chill and hang out! I love the vape bar! They let you sample nearly every flavor in their vast inventory before you make your purchase. Great friendly staff! A must see if you vape or are considering switching from cigarettes.

My go to shop. The workers are so friendly and helpful, the store is organized and clean with hundreds of things to chose from. They have a points system and lots of delta-8 products that are high quality for a good price. They have couches and candy! Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

When asking about how products i haven’t tried before, instead of responding “it affects everyone differently”, whoever helped me helped tell me about how it affects mind and body compared to what I’m used too. And since I have an anxiety about trying new things, they described it in a way that made sense and gave me an idea on how the new product would affect me. They were pretty spot on.
People are nice, give accurate descriptions and act more as a friend than a salesman. This place is definitely going to become my new Go-To Place

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I also liked how they were quick to remember me as a customer and what I usually purchase. It gives that extra feeling of being valued.
Prices are slightly lower than others for the juice I buy. Their house blend is fairly good as well. I also like that they offer a frequent buyer rewards program for free items and/or discounts.

Were polite until I went to checkout then they wouldn’t accept my card due to the fact tht I have a joint account with my dad even tho I had physical evidence in the form of receipts texts and even offered to call him to verify they basically said I couldn’t ever use MY OWN DEBIT CARD to pay at there location when just a couple weeks earlier I payed using that exact card with zero issues

I have to say I was a little surprised at what they have to offer. I usually buy my juice and devices online they are always cheaper. I was desperate so went to their Hudson store in need of juice and a new mtl tank. I always vape tabacco juices. Their house tabacco is actually pretty good for the price. The tank I bought natilus 2s is awesome. Overall a great experience and not your typical vape store.

Service is amazing the people are knowledgeable and have a lot of patience. They have the largest selection of vape juices I've seen. Almost always have coils stocked for any mod, and even have a flavor bar where you can test out juices you're interested in buying. Truly revolutionary place for all of your vaping needs.
