I bought a brand new vape on 1025 2022 does not charge they will not give me a Refund or exchange it because he says it's not the one that they sold me Employee is very rude Owner is very rude I will not spend another dime in that place and I suggest you people that go there do not do it too can not use a vape that is not even a month old out 51.79 thanks for ripping customers off

I came here to purchase a pen battery, and some cbd. Their products didn’t verify on the vendor website and their pen batteries were poor quality. I do not know where they get their products from or if the labels are homemade!? Do not trust this place.

Was lied to and told they didn’t and no other shop would sell the magnetic 510 thread adapter for vaporizers. All I needed was the replacement magnetic holder and they told me I would have to buy a whole new unit to get the piece. It’s my fault for not checking but I was in a rush. Something made me do a quick search in the parking lot and they are sold for 2 to 3 dollars at almost every retailer. Untrustworthy and shady… smh

Made a quick stop here for Fathers day to snag some cigars. Inventory was good but there were alot of empty cigar boxes still in the room. Front desk gentleman was friendly and welcoming.

I JUST bought a brand new vape kit AN HOUR AGO. It BARELY DRAWS. I called the store and the clerk told me he can't verify if it was broken when I bought it an HOUR AGO in brand new packaging and will NOT REFUND MY $45 OR EXCHANGE IT. He said it's NOT HIS PROBLEM and HUNG UP. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this place. I'm out almost $50!!!!

Today was the second time that I visited during store hours, and the door was locked. Open lights were on, no sign saying they'll be back soon. Never again. I always wondered why I was always the only person in the store every visit. Now it makes sense.

Bought some Ashton's and Maker's mark for my grandpa. Very reasonable prices. Definitely will go back. 5 stars from me.
