Vapor Lounge - South Hill

Today I came in and Ezekiel was helping a lady ahead of me in line, she had many questions about her favorite juice, how her device charges, and discounts- He told her all of her options, and was super patient. He even told her that her favorite was going to be discontinued soon…and how she could mix 0 with others to get her desired strengths... 10/10 customer service at this location! Zech and Kevin went above and beyond today to figure out a manufacturing issue with my new mod. They were courteous, patient and very understanding. They did everything they could to fix the issue and they did! I’m a long time customer because of the customer service I get from all of these shops, but south hill is hands down my favorite crew. Huge shout-out to Zech and Kevin in particular though for ensuring my experience today was a good one, they know that a good experience is important for new and old customers alike! They apologized for any inconvenience, but I’m easygoing, it just mattered most to me that we found a solution, and they were able to get the job done! Thanks guys, y’all were great!

I want to give a huge shoutout to both Ezequiel and Genrty. They are the best, the help me out all the time and if they don’t have what I am looking for the have good replacements. They always have a smile and joke and are always happy. I love going in to the store when they are working. Good job guys keep up the amazing job. 😁

I went to the vapor lounge on the south hill and Gentry and David were working and had the absolute best customer service! They not only helped me solve my issue but went above and beyond to help me. I will not only be returning yo this store but I will make this my one stop shop for e cigs!. Highly recommend this shop!

Sent my gf in to grab tops for my vape while I was stuck at work. The staff not only helped her choose better tops but were super knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Super great service and selection. Love this place keep it up cool peeps

David has great customer service, brand new device came with faulty pod and the way he handled himself was good, showed me that the customer matters and went above and beyond to make me happy, definitely coming back

Used to come often due to convenience. Staff usually recognize me and are friendly but don't listen to any of their recommendations on juices. If they recommend it, it's garbage. Very very limited selection on salt nic. Very very overpriced products. But hey, it's right here in Lincoln heights.
One star because today I came in, for the 500th time, for juice and coils. They recognized me, pulled up my account and even knew what kind of vape I had already because of how often I come in. Would not sell to me without ID. They said it's against their policy and every single customer needs to show physical ID. There's been several times I wasn't carded and they know who I am. I sent my roommate in 15 minutes later for the same exact items I requested and guess what? He wasn't carded at all. I'm never going back I will be going to lilac city vapors from now on for better selection, better prices, recommendations from staff who actually know their stuff and better customer relations

Gentry was awesome he answered all my questions and hooked me up.10-10 will be going to him again!

One trip here I would rate 1 star! The last two trips a 5 and a 4. The young lady who opened the store on Saturday morning was not only helpful but extremely friendly and pleasant.
