Jamie was literally the BEST person I have ever encountered working at a tobacco shop! He kept showing me new things , and of course I had to have them 😂 He was such a pleasure to talk and laugh with all while being professional and helpful! Give that man a raise!

If your going for any of the delta stuff they really don't know jack about any.of it. Try to sell ya anything and it's not what they be saying of course you as the consumer have the choice but they help push you into decisions. I would go to the shell on chruchville Ave if looking for good delta

I went twice and each time I met a different person who provided excellent customer service. To me, that's gold! I'd pay a bit more for that and reputable products, and I feel this store is trustworthy. Thanks and I'll see you later tonight guys UPDATE:{ 9 months from first review. } I have to change my review. I bought batteries and juice which came to a total of $61 and change. 2 weeks later, I called to ask if my batteries could be replaced because they needed to charge much more and longer than any I'd had before. I was told to call back at 6 pm with such rapid talk I almost didn't understand and they hung up. I called back and I was treated so badly I was surprised. They questioned me before they told me that they don't do refunds. I said that didn't want one, I wanted an exchange. They said to bring it in and they would check but they said it with hostility. I knew if I drove the 30 miles round trip that they would find a way to refuse me and waste my trip. I spoke calmly and firmly and told them that I was surprised to be spoken this way. That when I purchased, approx 50 dollars each time, I was treated nicely and now when I needed help I get rudeness and distrust. Then the person said rudely that they didn't do returns. I said that I don't do returns either and then hung up while he was talking. There's too many stores open and opening in this area for them to treat anyone like this. RE re update: over the next two weeks after this review someone who I think may be the owner called me 3 times to ask what happened. I should have given him a chance but I had found the Waynesboro store, which was in my town and thus saved 20 miles. and their Staff was better and much much more of a selection when it came to liquid so I got better and saved money. I should have at least talked to them but at the time, I was pretty sick so I knew I would have treated them badly if I had. Hopefully losing a customer who bought at least 50 dollars each visit would be enough of a lesson for them.
