Kulture Smoke and Vape VCU

Moved from Denver, Colorado in December. It's Aug. 1st tomorrow and until I walked into this shop today, I hadn't felt any "home" culture. 🌿 ❤️ The kid working was helpful, funny, and knowledgeable too. I appreciated that as well as the AMAZING prices and selection on the cbd tinctures. I sought out this shop for their pure hemp derived cbd oil, and was actually shocked to see the low prices 👏 (no complaints here!)

They carry a very large selection of glass, the only other larger I've personally seen was at Cannabis Superstore in Wheat Ridge, CO. But again, the prices on the glass was really good! The brand of glass I use, Bud Vase, is a woman owned artisan glass company I've never seen stocked anywhere BUT this shop 🙌🏼 I WILL be back for that bong I've been eyeing bc not paying shipping + supporting a local business is my jam.

Upon leaving I asked if they planned to sell medical or recreational marijuana when they can and again, the clerk was VERY knowledgeable! He told me about the law that was recently passed on recreational and a bit more of the legalities here as well as said yes when asked if they already support their local NORML chapter. I loved this so much because I recently left my Colorado NORML board position. I was the event coordinator before we moved so talking to businesses just like this one was my jam, and I was very impressed to find such an amazing 💎 GEM 💎 here on the East coast.

I found out they've been around for 30 some years (if my memory is correct), and own 4 locations around the Richmond area. They're set up at one of them to sell Recreational as soon as the law takes effect.

I may be retired from my legislative and legal work (homeschool mama now), but I'll always be in need of some raw cones, new glass, and cbd oil! I'll be a lifelong customer here.

This is a great store no doubt. I was sold two disposable vape pens which stopped working after 1-2 puffs. Took it to the store and the salesperson insisted to me that the ejuice is just “thick” and i have to pull harder when dragging. He took one to the back and fixed it, albeit again it only worked for 2 puffs max before feeling like it was clogged. Instead of sympathizing with me when i came back for a third time with this issue, he continued to say they “100%” work and again reiterated that the ejuice is “thick” (and that im not pulling hard enough)and thats what makes it a good thing blahblahblah.
The kicker is that i even pulled as hard as i could in front of him and no light to confirm pull or working at all.
My main issue is that i felt dismissed and made to like an idiot for two days thinking i wasnt pulling on it hard enough. The only reason this is 5 stars instead of 2 is because after the third visit he replaced the two vape pens. But also, the store had an incredible chill vibe. :)

I love this location! Always a pleasant atmosphere and experience. AUSTIN was EXCEPTIONAL today! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He maintained positive energy and a cool atmosphere. He was able to answer ALL my questions, and answer some I didn't even know I had! He even made me feel better about a bad experience at the Southside location, which he did not have to do. This location and your employees there are KEEPERS!!!

I took a friend here for some vape stuff. The place is a really cool shop in downtown. It is clean and well-kept.
All the things in there are cool too. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. The whole place is nice enough to make someone who does not vape want to start. If you need some supplies, this is the place to go.

Disappointed about the recent experience I’ve had. I bought a tube on special on Thursday, went away for the weekend and got to come back to a soaking wet tabletop. There was a minuscule crack where two parts of the glass meet. Called today (Tuesday) to explain my situation and the individual on the phone insisted there was nothing they could do after it had been used in a capacity. He could offer me 20% off though.

I mean I get it, but now I’m out $100 for something I didn’t even get to enjoy other than once which was a mistake obviously because I didn’t realize I needed to have water sit in it for an extended period of time to check for slow leaks from a barely visible crack.

I love Kulture and have typically been happy with the interactions and help I’ve gotten being a customer for years. I just had hoped there would be a way to come to an agreement / resolution other than me shelling out $80.

Wonderful collection of glass and CBD products. The staff members I've talked to are knowledgeable about their products. Seriously, I got a chemistry lesson on THC while I was there.
