i went in with my boyfriend, & there were two younger guys working. they were super chill & really nice. i was short a couple of dollars & they just let me have the product anyway. i love this store!

hit or miss but mostly a miss. the disposable vapes i have gotten there are almost always defective, and i'm pretty sure two i've gotten from there were fake (printed text on vape didn't match with others of the same kind, color was different). also, i once bought vape juice that was already slightly burnt.

DO NOT GO! OLD TOBACCO. This store knowingly sold an old pouch of American Spirit to me today. Once I opened the wrapper there was the 50 rolling papers that used to come in the pouches prior to 2016. The tobacco was dry and dated. I checked the date on the pouch and it was from 2015... Went back to the store and asked for money back 15 minutes later after explaining purchase. Store did not care and refused to refund. There whole supply is probably tainted in the same way.... have heard of these places before.

I am very disappointed in the service that I was provided today. I just came from the shop about 30 minutes ago, and had an issue that they didn't care to resolve. I told the employee what I wanted to buy (male employee) and after he told me my total and completed my order he decided to THEN let me know that he had slightly chipped my credit card. It was a minor small corner, yet I don't like the way he handled the situation. All he said was "I'm sorry, it's not that big of a deal." Of course it wasn't, because it wasn't his card. I then asked if it was any way I could get a discount and of course he says "well I already swiped the card." Which meant he had no intention on trying to resolve the issue, rather than saying sorry (which I really don't care for). Before I left he tried to offer me a pack of papers (which I didn't really care for, but I took them anyway). I returned maybe 5 minutes later to ask if it was any way possible that I could get a discount for the next time. After I left the shop the first time, I realized that he did this (and in this order)...1). broke my card (without first informing me about it before my purchase was complete), 2). swiped my card (knowing that he had just broke it), 3). this is when he decided to tell me that he broke it. Not before, but after the fact. It's the principal and the fact that they didn't realize or care for it just proves exactly why I will never go again. I explained to the female employee what had happened and all she had to say was "well he gave you the papers didn't he...he didn't mean to do it." That's easy for them to say because they are on the opposite side of the counter making the money (as I'm spending mine and regretting it now). They made sure they got their money but were basically saying it's your card, so it's your problem now. This is very bad service, and I wonder how they would have reacted if they were on my side of the counter. I'm not that upset because it's very very small crack in the corner but if it had been a bigger issue I wonder how he would have reacted then. Smh, I'm very very disappointed!!

They are really knowledgeable, and would rather someone be safe than spend more (it seems with my experience). Lots of cool and fun stuff, pop culture out the "wazoo ".
I really can't speak highly enough of the people, though. I will now pass several other tobacco stores to come here (which has the potential to wear my shoes out faster,but it's worth it). They are on point, every time I ask something that stumps me (which again, is often). Highly recommended.

Best prices. I used to shop at another large head shop chain. But there prices where very high. These folks have great deals. And had what I needed In stock. There is nothing worse than driving to the store to find out they are out of an attachment you need for your rig. This will not do in a pinch. Trust Bob Marley Tobacco.
