I just happened apon this place walking down the street in Norton, and it's changed my life!! I was in constant pain everyday nothing over the counter helped me I had no energy and was really depressed because of it . Unworthy to be called a "business."
This morning, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, I stopped by the location next to Wal-Mart. I arrived a few minutes before their scheduled opening time, at 9:00 AM. At 9:05 AM, the store still was not open. I assumed someone forgot to turn on the Open sign. As I approached the door, an employee parked in front of the store acknowledged me, stating that he was coming to unlock the door. I stood by while he explained that he could not open the store because a security lock was taken, so someone else must be inside. I waited as he attempted to call the other employee while knocking on the door. The employee apologized to me and asked that I go to the store next to Ollie's. He assured me that someone would be there to help me out. When I got back to my car, I glanced at the clock, 9:15 AM. When I got to the second location, I saw an OPEN sign above the door, so I thought it would be a quick stop. As I pulled the door, I realized it was locked. I looked down and saw this infamous "security lock" still on the door. I went back to my car and by this time it was 9:35 AM. 35 minutes past opening time and both locations were not open. I immediately left and went to Planet Vapor in Big Stone Gap. I spent over $120 dollars on a new mod, batteries, and juice and was treated as a valued and respected customer. I am requesting the Owner of these locations to contact me.

I just left the store and bought a guitar from them (Hellraiser) and it was my first time at that store. The people there are the nicest and chillest people I’ve ever seen in a guitar store. They always are willing to help you out and make sure you have a good deal and get your money’s worth. My thanks to them and I can’t wait to come back next time!

Aye man I love Hyde’s and the smoking accessories so that’s my shop. The sell best of best of everything. They never have had junk cause they are always getting better product in for us.
