Do not shop here. No returns or refunds even though they sold me a DEFECTIVE product. Offered me a discount on another. HAHAHA! I won't shop there again. Go somewhere that knows how to run a business and stands by their products.

Went late at night, just before midnight, and their 24 hours sign was on like the google info says. There was 2 workers inside, one sitting and the other standing with with one customer inside, but they had the door locked and would not unlock it despite me eventually knocking and calling their phone number. The standing employee, a hispanic or middle eastern young adult, was vaping (despite what their signs say about not doing it) and literally pointing and laughing at me just after I called. Please don’t give these people a dime, they’re likely doing this sort of garbage to many more people than just me and it shouldn’t be financially supported. There’s tons of other small businesses in this market and i’ve never once been treated this way by literally anyone of the other ones (just wish other ones were open late)

So I came by one day and there was someone there named Kayla and she was probably the worst in customer service. I was going to give this place a really bad rating like a one but we just came back two weeks later and there is a guy there now and he is the best I am so happy I had to let you guys know. Thanks for getting rid of her she was just awful. I have been coming there a long time and have recommended many people I hope I never see her again but she did say she was the regional manager. I really didn't want to give a bad score so I am glad I waited to see what happened. Gave you a 5 only because you were wise enough to get her out of there.

Went on Friday, 1 Oct. The girl working seemed very agitated and couldn't answer any questions in regard to hookahs. There were a few items I intended on purchasing but they didn't have price tags. The girl FaceTimed her manager, and the manager was guessing the prices. A quick search for the item showed that the quoted prices were extremely inflated. I wouldn't go back. People who work there aren't knowledgeable and their prices aren't fair.

These guys will sell you a faulty product, and as someone that’s a regular there, they declined to exchange my broken product. Sucks when you go out of your way to support a small business but they turn around and don’t appreciate your business enough to let you exchange a bad product they sold you. There’s other vape places within a couple miles.
