Kulture Smoke and Vape West End

Bought a $90 ash catcher based on the opinion of the employee. Took the piece home, it wasn't made correctly as soon as I went to use it. It broke , I will never make big purchases at Cultures again.

To the owner, this happened between two weeks ago and a month ago. I was given an email for someone named jimmy no one responded from that email. Since then I have found a way to use the piece carefully because I was originally told there was nothing that could be done when I called the location back and the Richmond location, the Richmond location giving me the email for Jimmy, whoever that is.

I go here atleast once a month. The prices are the best in richmond and the surrounding counties. The best variety as well, Charlottesville shops cant even compare or richmond neither can other kulture locations. The staff are friendly and always make the best suggestions. If you want $300 pieces for prices around $100 go here.

This is the best retail establishment that I deal with on a regular basis. The staff always delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Manager has hired and trained a team that is focused on their customers. I really enjoy shopping at Kulture and interacting with the staff!!!!!

You close your store hours before you close, you guys and you guys close early at 6 and 7:00pm, your business has business hours and not staying open during your business hours is a huge problem for customers and people spending money with you guys. Only complaint though other then that I get good service

Don’t catch yourself buying knock offs from other carriers in town. Kulture is the only shop in town with premium glass worth buying! Highly recommend!

Went into there store yesterday because it was recommended by people I have asked in this area. I'm new to the area and let me tell you. This shop is for NOVICE smokers only. I'm from a legal weed state and I know what I'm talking about but yet the young lady there treated me as if I knew nothing about what I was saying. She told me delta 8 was all synthetic and when I asked about the disposable vs the carts that they had I got a snarky remark when I asked if the disposable had a charger. "No that's why they call it a disposal. You would need to get a cartridge and an actual battery for that." Now I was confused on how this little tiny juul sized device was going to last for a full gram of oil so I bought one. Sure enough it had a charger. The employees there were very rude and don't know very much about the products.

Definitely the best shop of its kind locally. I've come here on multiple occasions for a variety of needs and have always been met with the friendliest, most helpful staff, and a great rewards system.

I came here recently for a new 510 battery. I stopped in "Tobacco Zone" in Mechanicsville first, and their sales people were awful. Kept telling me I needed a 20 dollar battery because "the cheaper ones always break". The battery they were trying to sell me just had a larger capacity, NOT improved features. Kulture staff was super helpful showing me all the 10-15 dollar batteries they had, and got me one of the exact size I needed that has a replacement guarantee. Didn't push me to spend more on something I didn't need, they found me the perfect battery with a warranty and a discount.

So thankful to have this shop nearby, thank you for having what I need on hand for the best prices and being so professional and helpful. I will do all business with you.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and the prices were incredible. I was so surprised. Everyone was helpful and I was in and out quickly!

Love this place! All of the staff are welcoming, always smiling and pleasant to talk with, and always helpful. The selection is second to none and prices are more than fair. Their kleen soak product keeps my glass sparkly and fresh. They have a line of house branded glass pipes that are perfectly sized and very affordable.

What else can I say?? I personally won’t go anywhere else unless I’m on the Southside and go to their other location where you can find the same friendly staff, great selection, and awesome prices.

We are fortunate in Richmond to have Kulture. This is a first class, top notch operation!
