We all know the feeling when you're nicotine source, for whatever reason, unexpectedly cuts you off. This happened to me tonight, 10 minutes before my regular vape shop closed. I began down the list of all the local shops near me and set out on what I thought would be a quick errand, I arrived at two places that google said should be open, yet they had already closed. Finally, 16 miles from home, I came upon the refuge and solace I desired!! Empire was the only place still open. The sweetest gentleman helped turn my entire evening around! Thank you, Juan, for going above and beyond tonight. You're a beautiful soul, and your friendly demeanor made buying a disposable vape a grandiose and gratifying experience. It's everyday genuine disposition like you displayed tonight that could change the world for the better. ❤️

They have a unique and great selection that I haven't seen in other stores. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a switch up from the usual regular shops you go to. The staff were friendly and good at giving me information on certain products I didn't know much about. I will keep them as my go to shop for all future related purchases.

We ventured here originally to look at costume jewelry as a friend needed to wear an affordable plain band for her wedding ring finger. They also sell clothing apparel (shirts) lighters, small pocket organizers, and other things. We were warmly greeted by Austin - who was just as friendly as he can be. I love coming across employees who actually give off the vibe of loving their job and who enjoy being at their location of employment. He gave great customer customer service and was just eager to help us in what we were looking for. We even came here maybe 6 weeks ago and asked them to size a wedding band to see what size it was, so we can buy a ring online with the proper size, and they were more than happy to help us with an unusual request, even if we didn’t buy anything in our first visit. I look forward to coming back here, not just for the merchandise, but for their memorable, fantastic customer service!

I'm so thankful I found this place. It is always so clean, and classy. They have the BEST selection of tanks, mods, juice, and all your vaping needs. When I leave, I don't feel the need to shower immediately like I do after leaving a smoke shop. Empire is a place I would hang out at, and I occasionally do. It's that cool of a place. The owners are incredibly nice people, and very generous. They always have the best prices, and they do weekly giveaways. They are not little prizes either. The staff is well trained, and very knowledgeable on all their products. Every Friday night they give out free food from the Holy Grail, which is two doors down, or they'll order pizza for everybody. Right next door is Insomniac Cafe. A hidden little gem of a coffee house. I always grab a delicious iced coffee on my way out. Empire is hands down, The Number 1 Vape Shop in Utah. The competition... they don't have competition. No other vape shop even comes close. When I decided to quit smoking, I thought vaping might help. The choices of vape shops at the time were slim pickins. Unless I wanted to drive 30 - 40 miles away, I was stuck with an overpriced, dirty scheming smoke shop for assistance. I probably would have started smoking cigarettes again if it weren't for Empire Merchandise. Long live the Empire!

Quite honestly the best place to go for vapes, juice, pouches, CBD gummies ect. Great staff that is always there to help answer questions and make sure you leave happy with your purchase. I haven't gone anywhere else in years as there is no reason to go anywhere else.

I simply love this vape store. I use to live by it, we moved to Draper and I have started going down there again for vape supplies. Friendliest staff. I always feel great when I leave. I feel they have the most reasonable prices on juices. Even bought a new mod.

I love this place! It's bit of a drive for me but worth it. Plenty of options, the prices are good and the staff is awesome! I literally don't go anywhere else!
