Sign said they would return in 5min. We have all been waiting out here for over 45min. I decided to sit in my car and wait. But I left after another 10min. This is very unprofessional. And I hope they do something to make up for this mistake. They have some of the best prices in town but that doesn’t mean they can just lock up in the middle of business hours with a sign they will be back in 5 minutes and then leave for god knows how long.

Purchased an elf bar, I tested before leaving the parking lot and within an hour of having it, it was firing without being hit. I’m afraid of it blowing up in my face so I stopped using it. Called the shop and they refuse to replace it. $32.16 down the drain. Nice.

I have been coming here for various products for over 10 years. Yes occasionally you will get a very rude employee who's not very helpful and just have to write that out. However I have noticed that in the last couple years they have really been trying to hire people to at least act like they really care about helping you. It's unlikely you're oversee the same face in there twice but the least it's been a friendly face lately. And it is really close to me so you can't beat the convenience

I bought tubes and tobacco. The price was good, but the tobacco was pretty stale. I was disappointed, I'm looking for a new tobacco shop. I sent an email to the store because the tobacco was SO stale. I got no response so I am lowering my score to 2 stars. They do have a big inventory of other things, but I cannot buy my tobacco somewhere that 1. Sells stale tobacco tobacco 2. doesn't even care enough to respond to an email to just say Hey we're sorry. So if you're looking for other things it might be a great store but for tobacco I would not say yes.

This was the worst place I’ve ever been to period. The vape I looked at was $54 more than what I laid down the street. I bought a pack of barriers and they charged me $26. When I seen that on my recite I called and said you charged me for two packs. He said no we sell them individual. I looked them up and they are $10 a pack everywhere and come in a 2 pack not individually
The juice was priced fair but you will pay 30-45% more for vapes,batteries,tanks etc. why deal with a store that overcharges their customers when there’s so many fair priced stores so close.
