Customer service was awesome. I’m a beginner at vaping and Honario,(sorry if I butchered it) was great and took his time to explain their flavors , helped me with my smok 22 problems and gave me solutions to them. He even helped me figure out what my new flavor should be based on what I like and helped me clean the glass and assemble my new coil in my vape. I went to a couple other shops in the area that are comparable but will be returning here just based on the customer service experience. My only “complaint” I have was the juice flavor, while good, was a bit light. It’s a great custom juice, I just wish it had a bit more of the flavor. I am gonna let it steep for a few days to see if that helps.

I'm visiting from Georgia and was recommended this place for my vape needs. I came here a little while ago and the door was locked. Saw a post it note that said bathroom break. I waited for awhile but noone came to unlock the door. I therefore left. Not sure if this is a good business practice to lock doors during business hours. It's a shame, since it was highly recommend to me. I went to another shop and spent 150$ with them.

This shop always has the latest devices and really great juices at an affordable price. The staff is super attentive and the atmosphere is really laid back and chill. What more can you ask for, great product, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere with people that are very knowledgeable about the products they provide. It you have questions about switching to vaping they have the answers and the products to help you successfully quit that dirty stinky expensive habit. Go by and check them out I guarantee they won't steer you wrong and I also personally guarantee that your life will be forever changed cause once you ditch the cigs, you won't be struggling to catch your breath after walking up a flight of stairs.

Bought 4 juice flavors and after they were made we were told we had to keep shaking them before we used them. We never had to do that with other juice that was made in store from other places. Something is wrong or the juice is not being made right if ya have to continue shaking the juice bottles. The bottles we bought were past the expiration date and was charged full price. Not cool on the stores end

Very nice and professional shop. Not only do they have great customer service and treat everyone equally (unlike most vape shops around here), they make custom juice to your preference instead of buying juice that's been sitting on the shelf for God knows how long
