They are always very friendly, I once lived down the road from here and when Keri and I were leaving town we stopped in to get her a vape and me a hemp backpack and hemp wallet. I use my points and after the visit already have 5.00 in credit the next time I go there. I got a boho shoulder bag last time and still love it today. I am pleased to find companies supporting hemp clothes and merchandise.

I absolutely LOVE going here! They always have very good prices an most times have some kind of sale going on. If your looking for a head shop that has employees who KNOW their stuff. Yesterday I had a wonderful talk with two managers an they were by far the nicest an coolest folks around. I will always come here for my products💕✨

Please go to Diamond Vape in MT Juliet instead of wasting your time here in Lebanon. I went there, my vape misfired when I got home, the man basically puts his mouth all over my vape for 10 minutes while it’s misfiring and then when the hits are finally normal 10 minutes later he says my vape is perfectly fine and he’s a professional so basically I don’t know what I’m talking about. There used to be great staff here at one point. I don’t know who these newbies they are hiring in are but apparently they’ll hire anyone.

Went in after driving by too many times and the experience blew my mind. Alex and Pierce are very knowledgeable about their product and amazing to do business with. Everything from start to finish was nothing short of amazing and I recommend this place for sure. I learned a lot in my short time there and I’m glad I stopped in. Good job guys!

I stopped in this weekend and Alex helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store is well stocked and clean and the staff presents as very knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely be going about my smoke business at Hi Five on Old Hickory Blvd.

I bought a vape device but when I got home, the threads were stripped and the metal cap would NOT screw onto any of my cartridges. I went back to the store the next day and asked them for a cap that worked properly. They said they were out of them, but would order some and call me. I waited several weeks but they never called. I called back again. They took my number and said they'd get me one but never called back. That was weeks ago. They just blew me off.

I stopped by on my way home from one of my frequent visits to Nashville. I ran out of juice earlier & the usual place I visit in my small town is closed on Sunday, so I decided to try someplace new. My overall experience was excellent. It was easy to find, and upon entering, I noticed that everything was tidy & well organized. I quickly found the juice I regularly buy & ended up getting another from a "discount" basket to try. The young man (I'm not sure how comfortable folks are with having their names shared on here, so I'll call him "T", and he was working on the first Sunday of Nov, 2020 at about 5pm.) working there was knowledge & very helpful. I decided to get another battery & he was immediately familiar with my mod. I got the battery & he showed me a tank made by the same folks that make my mod. The main problem I had with my tank was that it leaked constantly, and this new tank was set up in a way that leaking should be minimal to non-existent. I decided to get the tank, too. I was just so tired of this thing dripping all over creation, so hopefully it works as well as promised. T shared a potential problem with the tank based on some online reviews. I appreciate folks that share that kind of thing when I'm looking to buy something. Things are designed & made by humans, so I find it hard to believe that any single product could be perfect & never have any potential problems. If a sales person starts saying things to make an item seem perfect - like, impossibly perfect - I probably won't buy what they're selling. Either way, this review is for the store, not the products I bought. So yeah, I'm very pleased with my experience. The store was easy to navigate, there is an excellent selection, T was very friendly & helpful, & I feel that my $ was well spent. I recommend this place to anyone that needs vape supplies or refills. They also sell other things, but I didn't look much at them. I will be back again when I'm in the area.

Walked in tonight needing replacement coils for my vaperesso tank, but unfortunately they did not carry coils that were compatible. Tyler however, recommended the Valyrian III tank and gave me other recommendations. I ended up buying a new tank and a bottle of vape juice as well.

Tyler was super duper friendly to me and seemed like a very genuine person that wanted to make my buying experience unforgettable! I will be back and will only buy from these guys! Thanks Tyler!
