Here's my experience;
- I went in (as a tourist) and asked about the legitimacy of the flower. I am told by the employee, "3 hits and you're good!". I ask again, as I want an honest answer. He doubles down and ensures me that they grow it there and sounded legit. I get all the way home, 7 hours away, only to smoke 3 bowls and be absolutely disappointed. No taste, no feeling, no nothing. Bad product. I would've spent more money the next time I came through, but the lies from the employee, is not acceptable. This is an absolute scam and shouldn't even be legal. The product alone, was enough to never go back.
I'm not hard to please, but this is not cool.
I spent over $80 for something that I'm going to have to throw away.
I told you, point blank, that if you sold me some bad product, I would call you out on it. Here I am. Horrible way to represent an industry that already gets a bad reputation.

They keep asking for reviews for doing nothing, then you can hear them talking to other people who obviously work for the company to try and drown out the other reviews. Ignored till I waited at the register then was told I need to leave them a review and tipping was appreciated. Felt no need to tip on poor service specially if I can hear a couple fighting in the back.

Sat listening to the one guy talk to some people was pretty gross sounded like a used car dealer, they kept saying all their glass was handmade by artists in TN but they had multiples of the dame thing and I could find all their pieces on bulk distributors, clothes knock offs and their "super legit" high end cookie stuff. Put the code in and it won't show up on anything because they are fake. They are rude to people next door and rude to people who they think won't benefit them, just keep hearing them talk about sales and reviews and arguing.

They don't really know what they are talking about, check their packaging there is hardly any information and if there is it's mass produced and most of their products potency is way off. The plants you see in the window are just for show they don't use those plants for anything you consume in store and their potency is pretty much nothing.
Their flower sits in those jars and bags for months.
Also most of their "high end" is knock offs glass clothes etc.

I went in as a tourist and I really wanted the employees to educate me because I don't know too much about the different products other than you smoking it. I came out satisfied and the knowledge of thier products. We got home and tried it and it was FIRE!

Literally the nicest/most attentive and informative dispensary I have ever been too. All of their products and prices are great and you will be glad you chose this place if you do. The workers were so nice and we just received all around great customer service. Would definitely recommend compared to others!
