I purchased 2 Elfbars for a good price. However, within 24 hours one was dead. I left it alone as I did not want to charge so soon after purchasing and risk the flavor changing. I called shop and was told this sometimes happens and you get a dud and there was nothing they could do. I would not have called if I had had it for a longer period of time. I did not want any money back just another one. I won’t be back there for sure. There must be a reason they are so much cheaper.
Ugly like Caillou
I like the assortment of Cake brand vapes but why the price? 44.99 for 1.5 when my corner store sells the same brand but less flavors and a 2.0 gellati (right now) at that for about 26 for a 2.0 and 22 for a 1.5. Cmon I should pay more for the convenience at the corner store not a dang vape shop! Please match competition or mark em down and no the Cake vapes they sell are not fake I had a girl verify the box one night.

I've been using this shop as my primary for all vape needs since they opened. Love this place. The employees and especialy the manager are polite and knowledgeable. Tonite I was so disappointed. The two girls working didn't speak to me at all. When I asked a few questions they (she)was short and nasty with me. Honestly one of them seemed high on something lol. Just stay at planet vapor. I was practically pushed out the door. I felt rushed and unwanted. Not a good vibe yall!!

I’ve been a returning customer since they opened this location for a reason. I love the environment, between the incense burning and displayed directly in front the entrance and constant slowed music being played it creates a great atmosphere and environment. The customer service is the best even compared to different industries. I love how the owner often comes in to work a shift on occasions to get to know his customers and make them feel welcome. The employees are always well informed and give honest reviews from personal experience or well informed sources. Only critic I could make about this location is that they do not sell refrigerated beverages like they have at the sunset location.

Yes they are open all holidays. 8am-12am everyday 7 days a week 365 days a year. With the best prices and service in town. You can't beat the dedication these guys have to serving the community. Will and Ryan you guys rock thanks for all the help and working those long holiday hours for us. We appreciate you guys staying open.
