Shady! They were selling their cbd gummies at $25 for a 5.8 oz, 2 months later they halved the container size to 2.5 oz for the same price. Come to find out their cbd is EXPIRED OVER A YEAR! Still would not give me store credit, a refund, or any type of compensation. Shady business practices.

I have been coming here for a year since I moved to Wasco county. Always the most friendly and great customer service. Today, there was a new ( to me )cashier working. Older lady, chunky, dark hair. She treated me like a child because I didn’t get my mask on quick enough and ordered me back to the door to put it on and told me I needed to learn to read. I then told her I was going to spend my $$ elsewhere. So rude. I typically spend about $50 per month there. Not anymore. Not one more dime from me.

While smoke supplies are not my thing, I love their large variety of incense. I used to drive all the way to Hood River to buy them. Now I don't have to. The staff is kind, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks.

Large selection of stuff and staff is friendly. Customer service wasn't bad, but my shopping experience left me disappointed (which tends to happen every time I buy from a shop that doesn't exclusively sell vapes). We were passing through on our way back to Eastern Oregon. I took my vape apart to make sure they had the right pieces and was still sold the wrong size tank. We are now unable to return or exchange them, so it was a waste of time and money and I still don't have a working vape. This seems to be my recurring experience with all smoke shops, since the employees aren't totally well versed on vape accessories. I will be sticking to strictly vape shops in the future.

The store sells vape products, but is unable to stock coils. Bought two different Atomizers, and they did not have coils for both brands. Also, the customer service person (Phil who buys and stocks the product) is very rude and a smart a$$ to his customers. If you are not going to stock the coils then quit selling Atomizers. At any rate, I have spent several thousands at this store (cigarettes/vape products), I will do my shopping elsewhere. Seriously, Phil needs to be fired! If he owns the store, he needs to hand off the stocking and buying to someone else and get out of the store! Note: All other employees are excellent in their customer service.

I own a coffee shop and was sending my son to buy nitrous for the store. Out of 50 at least 20 were blank. To make it right they gave him a discount but then now refuses to sell to him? Unprofessional .
