Bad place. Knowingly they sold me an expired cart, the guy in the front desk was trying to do the right thing but the guy from the back told him what to serve me. Very bad business, I go there very often since is close to my house. Never again. Now denies what he knows he own. I’m a business owner and trucking intentionally my clients is the last on my mind. You’re selling expired product willingly.

Every-time I go into the PARMA store I’m greeted with kindness and smiles. The guys that work there like their job and it shows. They’re always helpful. They even remember my name and phone number. You get perks.
After you $pend a certain amount, over a brief period of time, eventually you’re rewarded with a discount.
They carry all the best brands and flavors. Great experience all in all.

Rad shop. Guy working was cool. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I still made a purchase. Very clean and large. You feel like you're in a nice store and not a head shop/smoke shop. They have some nice water pipes. Good selection of high end vape devices for herbs. I will return.

Awesome shop. Friendly staff.Go there all the time to pick my kratom up. Best prices of any shop i know of.They have a really nice selection. I usually stick with one brand and they always keep it in stock for me. Even when they couldn't get the brand for awhile they asked me if i wanted a different brand. At the time they didn't carry it but was able to order it for me and get it in stock asap.
