I went there to buy a Vape and did not work well at all it Taste like chemicals so I called the store and I was told that there’s nothing that they can do. What kind of customer service is that I will not be returning to the store at all. The prices are high and that’s a second Vape that I have gotten from that store will not be returning do not go. It is a rip off.

This establishment is Never open according to listed operating hours. Just walked up to the door expecting them to be open 40 minutes after 7. They're closed. Either change your hours or inform your customers of your temporary outage. Completely and utterly unprofessional in a business setting.
Edit: came back at 12:40. They're still closed. Tf is going on!?

Very young girl working no way she’s over 18. Always in a bad mood and owner is always yelling at the phone. The girl who helped me was very short on explaining things and wasn’t very helpful. The owner can’t keep the same people working so it’s always a different face. The girl with blonde hair and glasses is always helpful no matter what but this girl working today ( red hair) is horrible with customer service.

Supposed to be open but on three occasions now there's a sign saying "be back in 5 minutes". Not a time, but 5 min. Waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. Tried 2 other times but didn't wait. Don't bother going here. Waited time. Poorly run business.

Marissa is literally the best manager I've ever encountered. She's so nice and caring. She literally called me while I was on my way here to the store to make sure I was safe and that we got here before 11:00. She wants everyone to be completely satisfied and she gives conversations (meaningful ones). She's literally amazing and goes out of her way to make sure everyone's very very satisfied and I'm literally in love with her!!!❤️

Had what I needed, and open late... dude working there gave off a weird vibe, when he started talking with me he was really quiet and monotonous like he was reluctant to be helping me... i don't know. Not very conducive to repeat business.
Although I will say it was nice seeing a store where they weren't wearing masks. They are useless comfort to hysterical irrational people, and I find it rude when trying to communicate with people. Especially now with vaccines available.

The people working now are nice and friendly. Right people for the type of shop.

Extremely unhappy with the battery I bought. It was relatively expensive for it to break 4 days later the second I put my cart into it. When I went to try and get an exchange the guy only offered me another one at half price!! Should’ve been a direct exchange since he gave me a product that wasn’t working!!! They also do not wear mask which is just in general harmful to the public!!! Wish I could give this place a 0 outta 5! The guy could’ve at least given me my money back!!!

Went there the other day to buy a vape for my fiance and waited 5 minutes while the only employee in there was yelling at some guy on his phone. I waited a good 5 minutes for him to even acknowledge me. There was another customer in there that I assumed was a friend of the employee but now I think he was also just waiting for the guy to get off his phone. Will never be going there again.
