Wilkesboro Tobacco & Vape

Not enough inventory who ever runs the register is clueless. Asked for 3 different products was told they were over there on the shelf after looking and explaining to the associate what it looked like I was told I don’t have a clue what your talking about. 20 mins wasted of my time.

I’ll go to the store all the time I never have had a bad experience now yes the girl is more friendly and I really like her but I mean come on now guys we all know most men don’t talk near as much as Girls so and she’s very educated when it comes to the Vapes, so love the shop

Was driving through and stopped for some salt-nic juice because I realized I left my bottle at my girlfriends house. Juice expired 8/2022 so they obviously don’t practice fifo or they just don’t sell juice. Either way down $20 bucks on some 6 month old juice from here.

Went back again, definitely is a better experience when the female employee is there. She is super kind & will educate you about things there and help with anything you need! In my last review with the delta 8 gummies I have in the photos they do work but not nearly as potent as some others they have. If you’re looking for disposable vapes definitely go off of the recommendations she has and if particularly looking for puff bars on the low ask and you shall receive!

Send my wife into the store to get me two of the two for $20 Vapes and they charged my wife $26 it could have been just the worker since that worker had a fight with one of my family members and don't like them and figured they can screw us out of money but I'm going to go there and complain about it if I don't get my money back that was stolen then I'll never go back to the store again

I love this shop 🖤 There are many different selections of items I love in the store! I have never had any kind of problems. All my questions are answered properly if I have any and the guy who is usually working when I go in is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this store personally 💯

Horrible experience. Went in there wanting to try a good vape pen, was excited to experience the customer service because I heard such great things about this place from many sources. When I walked into the store, never received a welcome nor help at all. Yes, there were tons of products available and a lot of variety to choose from. Was expecting friendly help considering I've never vaped before and I was willing to pay good money for good products. The entire time I was in there, the owner didn't acknowledge me until I asked for help. Even then, he was very rude and very blunt with his response. If you are going into this store for the very time, don't expect much and do your research before you enter this store. The owner was no help to me at all. Bad business and bad customer service. Do not recommend store for beginners.

I’ve use to like going in this shop! With the other guy working their . But I’ve recently just bought another battery for my mod , an again the battery is not charging! An theirs a big sign that says no exchange on anything, I understand this but when I keep buying the same battery an same results , I feel like it’s time to go some where els,
