The worst customer service Iβve ever experienced. Sales person was rude unhelpful and completely out of her mind. Was sold the wrong pods. Went back in after I realized the pods were wrong. The sales person decided she needed to help every customer, that came in after me, before myself. When she finally did help me she gave no apology for the sale of the wrong item and continued to complain about her stressful day. I was at this store for an hour. Donβt waste your time here. Go to a different vape shop!

The store clerk, Devin, was very helpful in my time while I was there. He was very patient with me, while answering all of my questions, with just a smile on his face. This gentleman also recommended this individual water pipe I was looking at, nearly persuaded me into buying it. Lol. I originally went in there looking for some Raw Rolling Papers. I highly recommend that this vape shop hire more staff like Devin.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have been shopping here for almost a year despite their seriously overpriced merchandise, just because it is convenient to where I live. But yesterday I spent $17 on a Hyde 1500 hitter, and when I got to work realized it doesn't work. The light comes on but no flavor or smoke comes out. By the time I got off work they were closed so I went in first thing today and the girl working there was incredibly rude to me, then called the owner and he refused to exchange it for one that works. I have never been told in the entire past year to make sure the product works before I leave the store.

The other store on Old Oak Ridge is way better.
The employees (especially one in particular) at this store are rude, have less knowledge or their products, and just all around unpleasant.
I'll be going to the other one exclusively.

We love them! The 3 girls were super helpful and so nice. The manager was also helpful with me trying to stick in my budget. We continue to stop and shop there whenever we need things. We highly recommended this place.

Just got a 510 battery about an hour ago, got home and made sure it was completely charged which it was and nothing happen when I would hold the button and pull on it. I also didnβt realize I would need a charger I mean most places Iβve been before the charger comes with the battery but I paid the extra 6 bucks for the charger which I definitely have no use for now since the battery doesnβt work. So now Iβm out of roughly 35 bucks! All those batteries should be tested before sold!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!!! On Wed. of this week I purchased a vaping device as an upgrade to what I had been using. The young lady, Addie, who was working that day tried to get the device working before I left the store. She was totally untrained as to how the device operated and tried several times with no success. After about a half hour she finally got it to vape and handed it to me to leave. I vaped one time and then it quit vaping. She took it back and tried again with no success. I left the unit at the store for someone to fix in the next 24 hours. The next day I was assured the unit had been fixed and was working fine. I went to pick it up and once again it vaped once or twice and then it quit operating. I left it overnight again and after a few hours was called and told the device was working and went to pick it up only to find out it STILL was not working. Addie tried several times but could not get it to working. In the meantime I bought a simpler model and had to buy a bottle of oil to use in it. I took the original device home with me this time to see if I could find someone in another shop who was familiar with the unit. During this entire episode Addie was in touch with the owner of the shop regarding the problems we were having. He offered no response! On Friday morning I was advised I could get a new unit if I paid another $16 for the parts in the original unit that had never worked. I was not about to pay him an additional $16 for the coil and other piece he wanted money for in a device that had never worked! I went to another store on Fleming Road and bought another device had it up and running and on my way home in 10 minutes. Now I'm out $130+ with Cloud and nothing to show for it. I have asked the owner to please call me but so far I have heard nothing! The customer service in this store is non-existant and the owner shows no regard for issues encountered with his product by his customers or his untrained staff. RUN! RUN! RUN! Don't walk away from this store. I do not intend to let this unscrupulous owner keep my hard earned money so I will be going back to collect my money! I hate it that I have to give him one star to get my review to post!!!!!!!
