Only went twice, never again. First I was charged $16 for the item I bought, the second time I was there, there was a different employee working and I was charged $22 for the exact same item. Both prices are absolutely ridiculous upcharges compared to shopping online.

Scummy place, I recommend Vapor Max instead.

I used to love coming here and go out of my way to buy from this shop. However, there is this one lady who works there now who is just SO RUDE. She always seems mad that someone is there trying to purchase something and makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable. If you walk in and see an older heavy set lady at the counter, get ready to feel like you are the biggest inconvenience of her whole day. I found a new store because of this one lady, she is that rude and shouldn't be working there.

I used to shop here, now I probably won’t. Their prices are higher, usually, anyways, it’s just convenient for me locationally. There’s a really rude lady who works there currently, and judges stuff you buy when she’s the one selling it to you FROM there, she shouldn’t in that case, nor am I ever going to buy any stuff from her or step foot in that location when there’s way nicer people at my old regular shop I go to. The other workers are fine. ✨

#1 Important Fact: This place is open until **11PM** on **Sunday** nights. And you won't have any trouble finding it. The wattage of the storefront lighting would be more appropriate for Times Square. (I posted a pretty decent wide angle shot of the blazing storefront in the reviewer photos section). I've only been here once, seeking ejuice.. They have a few shelves of it, mostly mid to mid-upper quality stuff at decent prices. They also appear to have a pretty big selection of wicks, other I didn't have time to peruse them for specifics. The other 80% of the store is, shall we say, packed with shiny glass tubes and other devices and 10,000 kinds of CBD. The clerk on duty was very chill and friendly and helpful, despite the fact that I showed up five minutes before closing. I'm giving them a provisional 5 star rating because they really were there for me when the E juice stock was down to a few drips. I'll revise this review after I've check them out a few more times let's see if they still on can live up to the rating

There’s this new lady working there that’s really rude. She was smoking a cigarette before I got there. She saw me and ran to the cashier almost hitting me with the door when she opened it and didn’t even bother to say hello or hold the door. Then she sold me a chocolate at the wrong price that was marked. When I told her it was cheaper than what she sold it to me she slammed a 5 dollar bill on top of the products that I got. I was a regular customer. I’M NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

Good store lots of product. Allie's always helpful and I tend to come when she's working because of that. Honestly she deserves a raise for all of the rude customers I've seen in there.

This place is the best smoke shop in the area because of who they hire, they have some of the best products too. I go there all the time now and it's because the staff is so easy to talk to and they find me what I need, and more. If the owner is reading this you need to give the guy who calls himself Aladdin a raise, I'm not joking. The rest are good, but this dude was born to sell. He alone has gotten me to spend 50% more each time I enter the store, and its not pushy or forced. He's one of the smoothest salesmen I've ever dealt with. If I'm not interested at the time, he doesn't harp it. Personality is fit for sales. He is one of your biggest assets in that store. If you're looking for anything smoke/vape related, this is your spot.

This is now my regular vape store that I buy from. Ive always been helped by two charming guys that speak Arabic ( I'm pretty sure). They are so sweet and helpful and will go above and beyond to make me happy. I love this store! Great salt nic selection too!! And they carry Mi pod refill pods which I cant find anywhere!! Thank you cloud heaven for having a great staff and always being so kind.

The people here, owner Gabe, Manager Rooster, Tyler (new), and the Lindy, and other gents I've met who work here are awesome. This place is awesome. I seriously cant believe anyone would have a problem at this head shop. Its beautiful inside and out; huge selection, top of the class. Has everything you'd expect and more. Seriously from what I've seen, if you had a bad experience it must be few and very far between because I come here all the time and it's absolutely the best shop I've ever been to. If you do have a bad experience, let Gabe know. Dont blow the store up with a bad review because you're misleading people with a completely wrong prospective. You check my reviews; I'm high level on Google reviews - I know what I'm talking about relative to nearly everywhere in the Raleigh/Cary area. Thank you Gabe and Chris for always being mad cool and looking out with the help and selection you have. Also dude who gave 1 star about the cigars expected to take attention away immediately from others being helped; seriously if you come in and they're helping someone, if you expect people to drop everything and run to you, you're being a little bit self centered... I'm glad I was there to see it happen to diffuse the poor review.

The young lady that works on the weekends is so sweet! She is super helpful and does what it takes to make sure you have the right products. Very nice and clean store. Great selections on products. I will be glad to shop there again.
