Stratus Smoke & Vape

I absolutely love going to Stratus because some of the other employees are in an upbeat mood and know the products. However I have had multiple issues with the friendliness and lack of knowledge that the employee Dylan has. He is rude and always seems to be in a bad mood. He acts like he doesn't even want to be there, talk to you, or make any suggestions to you. If you know exactly what products you like they have them but if you need to learn about their products I recommend asking a different employee.

Update: This is still the only place I go for vaping stuff. Staff is knowledge, patient, and friendly. Place has very good vibes. They also don't try to upsell or push you to spend more on stuff you don't really need. They make wonderful juice recommendations if you give them the flavors you like (I like fruity, no melon, no mental, no coconut). 100% always my recommendation.

For those interested they have also added Delta products to the shelves as well.

Original: My favorite vape shop in town. Nice selection of eliquid for vapers, has other smoking products as well. Staff is willing to help, friendly, and consistent. In the two years that I have been going here, it's always the same guys, happy and willing to help as ever, and have even put in the effort to make jokes the times I was having a rough day going in. No where in the area is customer service THIS good. I haven't been to any other shops in the area because all I need is here. Highly recommended.

Barely could tell if open when parked nearly in front of the door. Hours sign faded, open sign broken apparently, most display cases lights didn't work - at least the clerk was nice. C'mon management, a lighted open sign is $25; you could even go super cheap and put an old school one on the door. You need to give attention to some basics.

So many Vape juice options to choose from! The staff is nice and engaged in every visit. The lady there took her time to show my wife and I some of there merchandise and actually looked like she was concerned about giving wonderful service. Definitely my new choice for vape juice!

I've been a loyal customer of the High Point shop for well over six years. I've been to other shops, but they don't come close, with the inventory choices on mod's, tanks, coils, and of course juices. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way, whether you are just getting started, or have been vapeing for years. Love these guys!

Cool place, not as knowledgeable as some on CBD in terms of where it came from but fairly knowledgeable. Decent selection though and priced on par with competitors. Unlike other stores I saw no fakes or counterfeits here. At regular tobacco shops be careful as I see fakes at most of them and these could harn your health give the right circumstances played out before you purchased it.

So far so good with this place. The best place to get concentrate vapes or a variety of quality products at a not great but reasonable price.
Well I hate it but I had to edit this review. They never order more than a few coils. If you ever feel like being lied to just call up there and ask if they have coils so he can tell you about how they will be there tomorrow

I always have a great experience at Stratus. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is fantastic, best in the area. The store itself has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I come here regularly for incense, kratom, and any glassware or pipe care supplies I might need.

I came in to by holiday gift. I have no ideals how this stuff work and what do buy. I try to rely of the staff to walk me through but, the staff was no helpful and rude. I guessing that they already have enough customers and don't need new ones. Stay away and find place that responsible for taking care or you needs and explain and answers your questions.
