Midtown Smoke & Vape Shop

I thought I had done a review on this place before... apparently it's didn't post, so I'll write it now. I came to this place with my mom one night and while we did think it was cool that it has a bunch of stuff, I'm not a fan of being followed especially when I'm not dressed in a manner which would provoke it. As anyone who reads my reviews can see, I'm big on the customer experience and costumer service in general. So if they didn't follow us around the place, it'd be a place I'd stop by or even recommend. However, we noticed we were being followed throughout the store and I'll never be back. It's weird because we were the only people being followed and the only melanated customers in there as well. It's ridiculous. If you don't care about companies that do things like this, enjoy.

Overpriced, then again everything is nowadays.

In all fairness there is a great selection. I agree everything costs an arm, a leg, foot and hand now lol.

So yesterday going into this smoke shop we were followed the whole time inside looking at the pipes,bongs and just everything as I’m about to ask to see a pipe he looks and said we only where to have 5 mins to look at area. Then ask if I wanted the a dragon pipe right after saying this. I did so badly want that one and two others but told him no cause I didn’t like how rude he was.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection.

They got damn near ANYTHING you need

Any time I need something and I'm in the area this is where we go. They always have what we're looking for, and if by chance they don't, they have substitutes. The guys working there are cool, respectful, and honest. Good atmosphere. And if you have any questions they have your answers.

they are ghetto . Went there during hot August nights and there was a sign on the door be back in 5 min. I waited 2o min. and they still didn't open. I watched over a dozen people that also just left. They lost a lot of business. Too bad for poor judgement on a business.

If you're African American they will ask for your ID. Been to this store a few times. Tonight I noticed the cashier only asked for my ID out of 5 white teens that bought alcohol and vapes. I was confused on why only card me and NOT the 5 teens who went 1 after another buying vapes and alcohol... I asked him why and he just said because he has the right. Does he have the right to do that? I'm a 30 year old black man with a beard, these teens had on kid clothes and glasses!

Dying for a puff bar that wasn’t trying to surcharge.
This spot got everything and isn’t closing like a babies bedtime. He made sure we tested it before we walked out those doors. Definitely would come here regularly if we lived up here.

By far the best selection I've seen in Reno. By far, you wanted they have it. Stuff always knows what to locate specific items, I like going into a store asking for what I want and they know what I'm talking about. Pretty much everything I could ever ask for in a smoke shop. They have booze too
