1st time customer. Bought a nic vape here on thursday (lost mary) and it was defective. When I set it down it turns off and when I take a hit it doesn't turn off untill I blow back into it.. I haven't had time to take it back so I called and I tried to explain this but was instantly interrupted. "34 hours is time for return ok I'm sorry" and hung up on me. NEVER COMING BACK HERE after being treated like dryer lint..

Best smoke shop around the entire extended area. Everyone working there is extremely helpful. Especially the matriarch of the establishment. She's been beyond helpful to me personally and everyone I've recommended has thanked me for showing them this smoke shop.
The only slight drawback is the lack of parking and/or difficult parking because of the small space and the busy stores also located along that strip.
This is well worth dealing with in my opinion because the store is that fantastic!

High prices on glass and, guy who helped me with vape liquid was new and didn't really help much, I'd expect him to ask someone else but couldn't be bothered. Also my biggest issue is there card reader is "broken" and has been for like the last 3 months the ATM charges twice for a total fee of 6 dollars hence why the card reader is "broken" I can't support a business owner who's taxing all his card customer's with these predatory ATM fee's totally unexceptable it's 2019!

Staff is helpful and friendly. I bought a glass piece and changed my mind when I got out to my car. They let me switch it out same as cash. Might not sound like much but they could have told me that's tough - sales are final. Anyhow I go there for coils and such. Prices are fair.

They price gouge quite terribly. It’s hardly a vape store but I have a smok novo 3. Those things are sold by the box for $6. 3 in the box. He pulled out one of the boxes with just one pod in it, said it was his last one and it was $7. I asked him how much for a whole box and I was told $20. Bro, if you can’t afford to run your business the same as the other vape stores, close the doors. Charging $20 for a $6 product is stealing. Also, there were cars parked in the stores spaces when there was no one in the store so I had to park further away.

Not sure if anyone has come across their pay “cash” deal buy two premium for $40.... I admit you can’t beat that price, but at times I question if it’s a bit odd, because I get different prices each time I go there for the same juice and same size, it slaw seems more when the lady charges me and is the same with the older gentleman. Kind of shady......but I must admit....the older gentlemen is very nice and friendly, he nevet gives me a sales pitch unlike the older lady....

I've had 2 sketchy experiences at this place. My most recent: went in to buy some pods for my Smok Nord 2. There was one 2-pack left but only one pod in there. The package also didnt have any coils. Both of my negative experiences have been with the lady that works there. I believe it's family owned.
