The owner/manager of this shop has great customer service skills, is very professional and knows his stuff!
It's a new shop and on my first stop, they didn't have the tobacco or filter tips that I usually prefer. Without me asking, he guaranteed that he would get those in stock as soon as possible. Sure enough, the next time I stopped in, both items were there.
They have a great variety of products for a small shop and you'll always find what you're looking for. The owner/manager answered all my questions and will go out of his way to make sure you're satisfied.
I'm very in-and-out as a shopper and kind of low-maintenance as a customer. I only stop here every month or two, but he still remembers who I am and what we talked about in those brief stops.
Extremely impressed and I'll be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family. This guy deserves more business!
